food was delicious, they got only a few options on the menu but they are all really good. i got the chicken teriyaki and it was 10/10. service was on top, would recommend to anyone doing any mall shopping

Not really a great choice… chicken teriyaki is a bit bland and very fatty.

The shrimp were moldy and they gave me a lot of moldy shrimp

Have been going here for a decade and this past time my mom got the shrimp. She said it tasted like cleaner. She went to the cashier and they were very nice about replacing it for her and gave her extra chicken to cover how much the shrimp was, BUT some pieces of the chicken tasted a bit off to me like lemon cleaner or something. Idk I really think that’s a huge huge risk. I’m not sure if it’s grill cleaner or dishes not getting rinsed properly or what but it seems as we are not the only ones who have experienced this and with commercial cleaners specifically grill cleaner it can turn from a small mistake to a fatal accident so please please be aware!

Warning to everyone, we went this morning and the shrimp was raw/ had bleach taste to it. Bleach has a very distinct taste so we know we aren’t wrong. We’ve eaten here many times but this is a first. ⚠️

I told the cashier I wanted chicken and shrimp they gave me only little bit of rice with shrimp that’s it can she not hear or something do better

Eh, the last few times I’ve come the food has been eh. The chicken sits on the grill cooking for way too long. They make big batches and let it sit then it’s hard pieces and dry. I get for when they get an abundance of customers but there’s times where it’s not busy but lots of chicken sits overcooking.

Fried rice is just rice with soy sauce. Whole thing is kinda gross

I ordered a teriyaki chicken and an iced tea …the girl at the register didn’t give me the drink and when asked her about it she said we don’t even have ice tea gave me a very dirty look …didn’t ask me if I wanted something else move me along to help the next person in line . Very rude customer service I will never go back…no tea at a Japanese food restaurant… seriously? Food was no great either
