I’m in Georgia, and sent my daughter cupcakes for her birthday. She was so excited when she received them. (They don’t deliver, but I used DoorDash) She said the smell alone was amazing when she received the cupcakes. They were beautiful as well!

Hello,
I’m writing to share feedback on a recent order of 60 mini cupcakes for a party.
While the cupcakes themselves tasted good and were enjoyed by the group, there were a few issues that were disappointing—especially given the boutique pricing. Several of the cupcakes did not have frosting at all and were completely plain. In addition, although the cupcakes were transported flat in single-layer boxes (no stacking), one of the boxes appeared to have been tipped. When we arrived home after a very short, slow five-minute drive, many of the cupcakes in that box were upside down and ruined.
Because of this experience, you may want to consider different or more secure packaging options for mini cupcakes, particularly since they are delicate and often ordered for events.
Overall, the quality of the cupcakes themselves was good, but it was frustrating to encounter these issues when paying for what is positioned as a boutique product. I wanted to share this feedback constructively and hope it helps improve future orders.

My first visit was last Sunday to order my daughter’s birthday cupcakes and cake for her party in a few weeks. I got a brownie one because how could I leave without one. They were awesome. It was probably one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. It was moist, fresh. Funny thing happened, that night I went into emergency surgery that night. The doctor asked when the last time I had eaten, I said a cupcake at lunch. They pushed back my surgery by 4 hours for it to digest. He goes “that better have been a dang good cupcake”. It was; thank you. We will be forever customers.

These cupcakes are heavenly! The icing isn’t too sweet, while the cake is somehow light and fluffy; the frosting might secretly be making it a little decadent and dense (in the best way). Great flavors to choose from and great service! Trust me, check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

What a fun and cute cake and cupcake shop. We ordered a custom cake for my son's first birthday. The staff were amazing during the whole ordering process. I gave them a theme and inspiration photos but told them to create what they felt was best. The design on the cake was better than anything I could have dreamed of. They also have LOTS of amazing flavors and I can't wait to try more.

So delicious and great customer service! I Tried small cakes for the first time for my son’s birthday party (very last minute and they got us right in). Not only did the cupcakes taste amazing but they looked so great! 10/10 highly recommend and will be back for future parties.

Not only are the cupcakes really tasty, but the service was amazing. My husband placed an order for some cupcakes to be delivered for our anniversary and Doordash never delivered them (so the surprise was ruined) but Smallcakes offered to replace the order and let me pick them up right away. They saved our anniversary celebration!
