Starbucks... is Rick Astley's song, "Never Gonna Give You Up" of the coffee world! Is it the best song in the world? No. Is it a reliable song that will put a pep in your step? Absolutely! My friend and I had a last minute meet up here after the coffee shop we intended to go to was closed. After a quick Yelp search, we agreed to not be fancy and just go to an ole faithful Starbucks close by. We walked in, easily grabbed a table, ordered our Starbucks go-tos, chatted and laughed with an outgoing barista, picked up our lattes within minutes and began our catch up session! It was exactly what we needed in a pinch and I'd gladly go back there any day. Thanks for being dependable, Starbucks... I'm "never gonna give you up" ;D

The sugar plum danish is top tier. The only thing I could wish for is the egg nog latte back, and that all the baristas will properly prepare a drink at kids temp for kiddos.

I used the drive thru and ordered the Carmel Brulee' Frappuaccino, YUM! I said I have my reusable cup, so 10 cent discount & good for Mom Earth. Got to the window and noticed that the batista had a Venti cup filled with my drink, I asked if she was going to pour that into my cup, thus, making the WHOLE point of using a reusable cup moot! She explained that's how they get the measurements for the drinks, I asked if she would be reusing that cup, nope. Why doesn't Starbucks have a reusable plastic cup for the measurements, fill the customer's cup & then wash out the reusable measurement cup for the next drink????

I am a long time customer of Starbucks, as are we all. But I cannot tell you how friendly this Starbucks is. It's red cup day, and I was a bit scared to go in and do schoolwork here today because of the chaos. However, I am pleasantly surprised to come in to the same old loving environment this place brings me every time. The reason for this review however, is due to the most friendly worker I have ever met. When she works, she brings such a positive energy and I always see her conversing with customers while handing drinks out. Today she made mini chestnut praline frappe-chinos and handing them out to everyone in the shop! I was shocked to see even with red cup day, that this location is still going above and beyond. I believe the workers name tag said KJ, and her as well as everyone else at this location are so friendly!

Whenever we go to Broomfield we always stop here for coffee. All Starbucks always have good, hot coffee fixed however you like it. This one is no exception, always a great cup!
A lot of these stores have downright weirdos working in them anymore, and it really creates an unfortunate atmosphere. This one appears to have normal people, providing a service at a reasonable cost for what you receive. Also, no one is trying to push their agenda on you. That seems harder and harder to find.these days ??

Placed a mobile order at 8:01am and didn't leave the store until 8:35 with a single tall latte. They had lost the drink behind the counter somewhere and then after realizing it was cold, had to remake it and put it in the standard queue instead of hand walking it the barista. Just complete breakdown of any customer service.
