It's a Starbucks. Like every other Starbucks. Pretentious baristas and expensive drinks. Food that's overwhelmingly priced.
But when you need a coffee and can't be bothered going home for it.
Here is where I ended up.

This Starbucks takes SO LONG. There was one car in front of me and it still takes 15-20 minutes to get my order. And this happens almost everyday.

Been to this location twice and both times it takes them 20 minutes to pour an iced black coffee. Go to the one in King Soopers across the street instead

Stopped there today for a mocha latte and the egg, bacon, gouda cheese sandwich. I started feeling very sick after eating, it was food poisoning. Called there and got an ā€œI’m sorry.ā€ Not acceptable-will never go back there!

They get orders wrong just as many times as they get them right. The straw that broke the camel’s back: I ordered my drinks in the app. Their system prints out the labels as I put it in the app and they STILL got my order incorrect. A mocha was made as a latte (no syrup) and a hot caramel macchiato was made iced. Hard pass on this location from here on out.

I’m really disappointed.

I placed an online order for a dairy free drink as I am allergic to dairy. It’s not a severe allergy but I still react. I’ve been here before where drinks have to be remade because of incorrect ingredients, but it’s a busy store and I understand mistakes. I don’t think I’ll be returning after today though.

At the drive thru window, my drink is handed to me with whipped cream, so I tell them I am allergic to dairy.

The person goes back to sort it out, and then comes back up to the window and says ā€œI can’t scrape it all off so I’m going to remake it.ā€ That was the first thing that scared me.

I felt like I was waiting for a while which is ok because they were remaking it (I say this because I figured if it’s taking a while it would be made correctly). When I got my drink, it was made with milk.

Again, I don’t have an allergy so severe and cross contamination generally isn’t an issue, but I thought saying ā€œI’m allergic to dairyā€ once was sufficient. I should’ve known better. I don’t feel confident that this place can make your items with the correct ingredients.

I want to note that this person was very kind, apologetic, and sweet, but unfortunately for me that doesn’t make up for this mistake.

I am new to this area and this Starbucks. Everyone there seems very nice. Some are inexperienced, but try hard. My wife and I have had a few orders with mistakes, but the mistakes are acknowledged and corrected right away without excuses. I look forward to being one of their regulars!

If you want a drink that’s half full, go here! They told me that’s what their manager said to do. I ordered no ice and received half a cup of drink.
