This is seriously the only Starbucks that I've ever been at that has given me a greeting. As soon as I opened the door it was all smiles and a loud, friendly, hello, welcome to Starbucks. This felt incredible. My experience wasnt overwhelming like the blue crew but not boring like all other Starbucks. THIS ONE is the ONLY one that I've been to that makes me want o come back. I had to leave a 100% tip. Also with my dairy allergy she showed concern and made sure to assist in the right manner. YELL IT ((INCREDIBLE)) BTW this corner is so awesome, I had to take a picture.

Ungodly slow. One of the worst drive thrus, cars don’t move for 20 minutes and there’s no way to get out of line.

This location needs to work on their customers service. This was very disappointing because I’ve only had great experiences with their drive thru. I went in yesterday because I wanted to see their merchandise on the shelves, but ended up ordering a drink to go. Upon entering, no one greeted me or even acknowledge me. I waited in line for awhile and a worker name Carol walked out from the back, kept looking at me several times, but she looked a bit confused and kept pacing. There were several staffs making mobile drinks and drive through drinks. It took Carol awhile to even help me. Don’t get me wrong Carol was very sweet and I even expressed my frustration and disappointment that she was the only person who greeted me. Others didn’t even acknowledge me. Seems like drive though and mobile orders gets priority rather than customers who walk into the cafe. I left upset. Be like a CAROL if you want to improve this location!!!!!!!!!

It's a Starbucks. Like every other Starbucks. Pretentious baristas and expensive drinks. Food that's overwhelmingly priced. But when you need a coffee and can't be bothered going home for it. Here is where I ended up.
