As I was shopping in King Soopers and about to stand in line at the Starbucks I witnessed one of the Starbucks employees who had a black visor hat on being rude to a customer, and I heard the employee say to the customer that if she did not like the service that she did not need to come back. After hearing what the employee said I decided not to get anything. The line was busy and maybe the employee was having an off day but to act that way especially in front of other customers was not ok because it did make a scene and it seemed really uncomfortable.

If u could give 0 stars I would. I had my coworker pick up Starbucks and I noticed that it was the wrong order The barista had given me a vanilla bean frappes , but I had asked for espresso and she didn't add it on there, so I went back to the store. I waited in line and then the barista approaches me, in a rude, demeanor and voice asked me to show her the cup and then I showed her the order and she realized that she didn't give me espresso so in a very rude voice she tells me "yes I'm gonna remake it because I accidentally gave you a Venti and you ordered a grande" that was besides the point.. I waited patiently for my drink, and she continued making rude comments. She told me if you don't like the service you don't have to come back here and then she repeated the same thing again. I told her that I was very busy with patients and that I really wanted my drink that I had ordered and she still proceeded to be very rude and nasty to me.

i don’t write reviews but i had a horrible experience here. I went to grab a coffee before i got my groceries. I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew. when i got my coffee it didn’t taste like it usually does, it tasted black. i looked in the cup and it looked black as well. i politely asked the lady to remake it because it didn’t taste right and she started being very rude with me. she remade the drink and i came back because it was still wrong, it was missing the vanilla sweet cream. i politely asked for a refund because it wasn’t correct. the lady (im assuming she was a manager) walked me to customer service and was rude to me the whole entire time. it was very unprofessional and uncalled for. She was a short white woman i didn’t catch her name but this was the worst customer service i’ve ever had at a starbucks and im just sad because they’re usually super sweet but not here. i went to another starbucks in the area and the barista was so sweet he made the drink correctly for me and didn’t even charge me.

The barista was rude she stated you need to move so we can take care of the line behind you. I think she could have said that differently. I did purchase a drink and a crossant. My money is just as good as the people behind me.

The man at the register was polite however they messed up our order and didn't ask for a name yet named us "Kai" and while waiting for our drinks they would not say the name loud enough to hear from a 5 foot distance causing a lot of drinks to pile up at the waiting area
