We go to this Starbucks almost everyday, even though there is one much closer. This is because the staff is always kind and friendly and some of them we consider as friends. But today was different. The lady taking the order on the drive thru clearly had a bad attitude and was rude. When we got to the window she handed the bag to me forcefully and didn't say a word. Hit or miss with the coffee. We’ve gotten cups only half full, we’ve gotten cups that were just warm, and if you ask for light ice they seem to put less and we’ve also gotten perfect drinks. And they never include a sleeve for burning hot cup unless you ask for it.
