This location is everything that Starbucks used to be/stand for. As a former partner, it's really nice to see. From the personalized notes on the bev cups, to the general customer service and atmosphere, this team excels.

In all my years going to multiple locations, I’ve never waited this long for a cold brew. Got in the drive through line at 7:57 two cars away from the ordering pane- didn’t have my coffee until 8:35 and was very late for work :( I even called from my car to ask if everything was okay. This is reallly bad.

I’ve been getting these iced horchata shaken espresso drinks for weeks now. Came to this location, the guy working tells me they can’t make them in a Grande or larger…I said I literally just got it yesterday? Then a girl speaks to me and says yeah we can make that. After waiting a few minutes at the drive through window, they give me my drink and (by my mistake) i didn’t check the drink. It was wrong, was not the drink I ordered and my sandwich had melted all in the to go bag…wish I could have my money back at this point, but alas, I just won’t return to this location again I guess. Disappointing

Got to Starbucks and realized I didn't have my wallet, I still tried to get a water for my daughter and they refused to give it to me because I needed to make a purchase. Starbucks really makes way too much money to be refusing a cup of water. Not to mention had to wait in a line of cars just to get out of the drive thru, so rude.

Pay almost 10 dollars for a cup on 3/4 full, add anything, what a waste that's like 3 dollars.(went to take a drink and had to tip it back so far, so I opened it.) Do better.

It’s basically like every other Starbucks…except 9 out of 10 times they make my latte/cap way way way too HOT! Like unable to drink for 15mins hot. I started ordering them steamed warm and it’s just as hot. Idk what’s up with the baristas at this location. But I started going to local coffee shops instead and I have yet to burn my mouth.
