They made my strawberry lemonade drink perfectly. I get it blended, and it's important that it's right, because it's expensive treat for me.

It’s basically like every other Starbucks…except 9 out of 10 times they make my latte/cap way way way too HOT! Like unable to drink for 15mins hot.
I started ordering them steamed warm and it’s just as hot. Idk what’s up with the baristas at this location. But I started going to local coffee shops instead and I have yet to burn my mouth.

What a nice location big and bright and wonderful welcoming staff who make delicious coffee. We talked about Japan. We saw the store was clean and inviting. Our coffees were perfect but at $10 eaxh they should be and here did not disappoint! We were able to walk from the Hyatt House across the street and pick up fairly quickly. Breakfast sandwich was hot and our usual sausage egg and cheese on a muffin. Liked this location and the service here

I've never had a bad experience at any Starbucks until now. I understand that people maybe having a bad day or something but there is never an excuse for rudeness. Idk what was up with the drive-thru person but when I stated I had a mobile order & gave my name, rudeness. Got to the window, extremely unhappy, angry, unfriendly individual. No people skills at all.

Been coming here for years don't know what's been up with the disrespectful people at drive through got mad cuz I had to transfer money and started pushing my food in my face not okay need to speak with someone high up or I'll bring a lawyer in there and get her fired learn respect or lose you're job how pathetic you have become here

This Starbucks was great when Eric
was the manager it’s gone downhill since no customer recognition, getting wrong orders and attitude of the staff other than Brenda is not positive. I guess I’ll have to go to the Louisville location to find the great service they had with Eric was the manager.

I have personal reasons that force my hand in not giving full marks to a place I otherwise give a B plus to. In being totally fair there is not a lot wrong with the place but would be well served if other businesses would move in and to diversify the people who go there so in an unexpected twist from marking them down I'm actually encouraging more people to go there!

Eric, the manager, was the man this morning! Within 10sec of me waiting for an order pickup, he addressed me and created a solution for my missing drink. I was impressed with his speed, efficiency, teamwork, and willingness to help. Eric was the definition of excellent customer service.

The only store in the area that always kills it! As a previous starbucks barista, I know the systems they have in place and usually store to store can be inconsistent, but Casey(sorry if i butchered the spelling) is always so so kind to me when I pop in for my chai and provides the best customer experience around. Thanks Casey!

I spend 300-500 a month on Starbucks (it’s not even for me), but they are absolutely the best. Starbucks are generally good stores, but this place is super fast despite how busy they can get. The staff here is amazing, I’m always in the drive thru with two sandwiches and a psl and they are the best and always kind!

When to pick up with my dog super friendly and hot me a pup cup I recommend the ham and cheese croissant
