This location is everything that Starbucks used to be/stand for. As a former partner, it's really nice to see. From the personalized notes on the bev cups, to the general customer service and atmosphere, this team excels.

What a nice location big and bright and wonderful welcoming staff who make delicious coffee. We talked about Japan. We saw the store was clean and inviting. Our coffees were perfect but at $10 eaxh they should be and here did not disappoint! We were able to walk from the Hyatt House across the street and pick up fairly quickly. Breakfast sandwich was hot and our usual sausage egg and cheese on a muffin. Liked this location and the service here

I've never had a bad experience at any Starbucks until now. I understand that people maybe having a bad day or something but there is never an excuse for rudeness. Idk what was up with the drive-thru person but when I stated I had a mobile order & gave my name, rudeness. Got to the window, extremely unhappy, angry, unfriendly individual. No people skills at all.
