I'm not sure how a business like this survives in a mall. The food is quite terrible, and I'm not a picky eater. It does seem worth describing in detail, but I'm unsure if they have ever sold anything good here or if it's just that the quality has declined because of the employees.

Came in on a Saturday when everyone and there mother showed up. I thought it would take forever considering the line but true to their “fast and fresh” motto they delivered my meal while I was elsewhere. The burger was hot and the fries were excellently salted. The cashier lady took great care of me, noting that I was a hungry delivery driver. Overall a very pleasant and quick experience.

They give you the littlest cups and then they charge you one dollar refills!!!!!! Food sucks Service really sucks if you wanna wait for your food for a long time perfect place!

Workers are very rude. I had called an hour before the mall even closed to place an order to go and the lady told me they were already closed and hung up! Any of the other times I’ve gone, they were never friendly and always acted like I was bothering them by just placing an order. Only reason I ever go is because my 11 year old loves their burgers. Food is decent, customer service is awful.

Do not eat here. Got the gluten free burger and was sick for days. Kids ate the fries and both of them were sick immediately.

Expensive and staff server Mary was not helpful and the time of ordering I told her it was for my kid and she charged me a big combo knowing that we were still getting kids drink and a plain cheeseburger so be careful ! Price was double as expected

Food is sub par. The service is worse. They gave us Avocado on my wife’s burger when we didn’t ask. She’s allergic. When I mentioned they said they would make a new one. They took the burger in the back and brought out a “new” burger. When asked if it was fresh and not just scraped off she promised it was. Took it back to the table and we found avocado residue on the patty still. So I brought it back again and asked for a refund and fresh burger. They reluctantly remade the burger refused to refund any money and make it right after three attempts. Do not go here.
