Service was utterly horrible. Went there with a coupon which clearly stated on the coupon which Subs were excluded. We ordered subs that were included and husband & wife both refused to honor the coupon. We walked out without our food and will never give them our money. Drove to a different Subway, used our coupons and were happy.

Crash Wrecked

They don't honor the corporate coupons sent out. On the corporate coupon, it only excludes the 4 biggest sandwiches. Here, they won't even let you get a basic turkey with the coupon. They are crooks who shouldn't own a franchise.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. They messed up my order a few years ago and I hadn't been back in a long time, until yesterday. Not only did they forgot MOST of the topping I ordered for my sandwich but when I tried to complain to Subway they claim my issue has been resolved even though I was never credit or even contacted about resolving my issues. Something tells me this is simply bad ownership.

They don’t take coupons for most sandwiches. They have a sign in an inconspicuous area that says that that’s easy to miss. Ended up paying almost twice what the price would be if I could’ve used the coupon. Corporate should not allow franchises to do that.

Went in yesterday to try there footlong nachos . the man asked me if i wanted chicken or steak.i replied steak .and i told him not to put sauce on it!!
I get home open it up and find that my nachos have sauce on it,few chips were burnt,and no shredded cheese which was supposed to come on it.and to top it off the nachos didn't have any steak on it which is crazy cause he asked me if i wanted steak or chicken in the beginning.

Unacceptable in all respects and is run by typical Broomfielders. They don't take coupons, are extremely rude, and try to get you to buy upgraded sandwiches instead of what you ordered. Store was also filthy and had very little parking.

To owner: don't bother responding as I will never set foot in your store again as I expect you be will be out of business soon with your poor treatment of customers, poor food quality, and selfish policies. Then agian, Broomfield seems to reward bad behavior, so we shall see.

This place is bad the people that work there told me that they can not give vinegar and oil packets tariffs . When that makes no sense sent every other subway dose also they made my food wrong and gave me attitude because I brought back the food that they made wrong. Do not go there.

Would not recommend the service and everything about our experience at this location was poor the worker was rude they made up their own rules for the coupon that they sent out and didn’t honor what was on the coupon at all apparently here turkey subs don’t count as an option for the 3 foot longs for $19.99. We will never return to this location which is unfortunate cause this is the only location truly close to us.

Place was so dirty and empty I’m surprised it’s even open. I asked for sandwich to be separated due to allergy reason and when it came to bagging, the guy didn’t even bother to care which one was which . I had to drop my sandwich off and it mattered which one was which. He told me “once you take a bite of the sandwich you’ll know which sandwich it is”! Nice one man…
