Stay away from this location. This is the second time I've ordered online and did not get what I ordered. Missing half of the ingredients that I ordered on my sandwich. You could see from my picture that they skimp on the ingredients they did put in my sandwich. Never going back to this location.

Subway has been going downhill for years. I only go a few times a year now but now I'm done. I had a coupon that I checked online. When I showed up I was told the coupon only worked on the cheapest subs. Then when I got my toasted sub it was cold and weighed as much as the napkins. Stingy on not just the meat but veggies as well. Don't bother going here. It's the worst restaurant of a horrible chain.

The person who took our order didn't ask to put stuff on and didn't even make the sandwich itself right, messed up our order, and wasn't nice. He also didn't give us a receipt or ask if we wanted one.

This subway is a joke. They don’t take coupons and they never have certain breads available. Staff/owner whatever was rude as well. I see a franchise closing soon!

We were served by an older gentleman with glasses he was very welcoming, and there was a huge line he got through it with no problem. He’s the only worker, but he’s working hard.

Will not be back. I’ve worked for many subways as well as been to many different subways as it’s my favorite place to go. But this one was by far the worst. No hello no welcoming when I came in. Then I let the sandwich artist know that I like my sandwich a certain way so I apologized in advance. She understood but then when it got to the guy he was very rude for some reason and I told him it’s my sandwich and I will be paying for it so no need to be rude because I like it a certain way. Then he goes to look sideways at his coworker I asked if we had a problem he said no and rushed to do my sandwich. I always get my sauces on the side so he goes to charge me 1.50 for each sauce when I’ve never been charged before. My total should have came up to to 20 when it came up to 25. Definitely won’t be back especially if the employees have an attitude to simply do their job.

They do not honor coupons. They decide what sandwiches you can order regardless of what the print on the coupon says. My disappointed is immeasurable and my evening is ruined.

They have an attitude with you, Very rude. They put very little veggies/ meat/ cheese on your sandwich and I noticed they do that with every costumer. All their family works here and all of them are rude .
Didn’t get any food tried to use mail out coupon from subway and was informed they only provided 3 sandwiches for coupons. Placed a mobile order at different store and worked for my steak and cheese. Subway corporation should be embarrassed that this is how their franchises are treating their customers.
Stopped by to get a sandwich to split with a friend. They didn't understand that we wanted one order but to spit the sandwich, we got the footlong tuna. The person working there hardly put any tuna on the sandwich and whatever toppings we asked them to put in the sandwich, they like sprinkled the toppings rather than have them overlap each other to fill up the whole thing. Very stingy and very greedy, I won't be coming here again.
It looks like they don't value customers when they come in to support the business, they rather pinch from the service than to make the customers happy. I have been to a lot of Subways but this one was one of the few places I have been to where I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience. It's a shame because I love subway and people like that ruin the experience and make you not want to support them.
If they care about this branch, I would strongly suggest they focus on service and put a generous amount of toppings for their customers and not steal from what people came to pay for because anyone would feel cheated and ripped off to be honest. I hope that if they are smart enough, they would reconsider the quality and quantity of service before anything else.......
