The older spanish guy that is listed on here previously was really rude with me as well and didn't want to make my sandwich the way I wanted and the other guy working told him yes and then the Spanish guy proceeds to tell me only this time this is the last and I replied I can go somewhere else then and the other guy told him no it is okay. And then he continues to make my sandwich but made it pretty crappy. I am leaving 3 stars because this is my favorite sandwich and the flavors kinda there but was poorly made. Service and atmosphere and overall service I would leave 1 star if it wasn't for the other guy working tonight that was friendly nice and professional.

Walked away mid order. The dude (old Mexican man that's been mentioned before) seems to have 0 interest to make sandwiches.
I asked 4 times for my steak and cheese to be heated and the dude kept pressing on like it didn't matter.
Only time my life I walked out mid order.
BONUS ROUND: and when I walked in they were heating up their own hot dogs (that I think they got from Dairy Queen) and they were dressing up their hotdog with the subway toppings. And worst part they didn't even add any cheese?!?! So you have the subway oven and toppings and you don't put cheese on your hotdog.
So much disappointment all around. Bad customer service and they don't even have the imagination to spice up their own food beyond a bland hotdog.
On 2nd thought... Maybe that's why everything is so odd to them. If it is not a bland hotdog I send it back (get the reference?????)

The person behind the counter was rude. I asked for onions on my wrap and he said no. I told him I would pay extra he threw some on there and gave me a dirty look. He didn't say another word to me. Didn't ask me if I wanted chips or a drink or anything. Which is just fine because I wasn't about to spend one more penny there. I will never go to that Subway again.

The older Mexican dude was extremely rude. He kept arguing with the customer before me, and then did the same with me. I’ve had a bad experience with him in the past as well.
He doesn’t know how to cut the bread properly or add toppings and sauce correctly. The bread was completely torn when he cut it, so I politely asked him to use a new piece and cut it properly because the filling would fall out otherwise. Instead of fixing it, he started arguing and threw the bread away right in front of me, then said I wouldn’t be served anymore.
This was extremely disrespectful. A customer is paying for their food and deserves to be treated with respect — not embarrassed in front of others. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

Black and skinny guy was very rude
The attention to the public is terrible and unpleasant, I went to eat at the place and I was buying 2 breads and the person who was attending served me in a bad way because I had other customers and told me that if I did not like the treatment I would go to eat somewhere else, a totally unpleasant experience

I’m writing to express how disappointed I am with the sandwich I received during my recent visit. As you can see from the attached photo, the sandwich was prepared extremely poorly. The ingredients were thrown together with no care at all—vegetables were falling out everywhere, sauces were smeared all over the wrapper instead of the sandwich, and the entire thing was basically impossible to eat.
The presentation was messy, the bread was torn apart, and the sandwich looked like it had been tossed around rather than assembled properly. For the price I paid, I expect a fresh, neatly made sandwich, not something that looks like this.

I came in today with my lovely coworker who works with me inside of this mall, i was two dollars short so i offered to run back to get my wallet, the guy working there proceeded to demand that i leave my phone with him while i went, i disagreed he then continued to yell at me in spanish while his lovely coworker offered to wait for us to come back. i will not tolerate being treated like this as a customer, coming a from a customer service background

I tried to order two kids meals for my 8 year old twins. Kids meals are $4.85 each. They rang up to be $14.43, and the applesauce was going to be an extra $4???? We left. Make sure you don’t get scammed there.

Today April 10 an employe at broomfield mall Flatiron on subway was rude to me, i was the only one in line than i was ordering just two things than he stopped my order just to tell me he had a lot of people when he only had 2 persons in line, he didnt take my second order then i leave.
I came to the counter and ordered a steak and cheese footlong on artisan Italian. The worker pulls out the bread and what kind of steak and cheese. I say I just want a normal steak and cheese. He was trying to up sale me to a signature series sandwich. I just want a normal steak and cheese. He tells me they don't have that.
What kind of steak and cheese do you want? I just tell him I'm done with this on the third time he tries to forcefully up sale me. I'm not sure how you can make me a signature series sandwich if you can not make the basic one. So I looked on the app for that location steak and cheese is available at that location. I already walked away from the store. Super annoying.

Don't accept subway coupons
Very poor service, couldn’t take the order properly. Served fridge cold veggi patties in spit of asking to warm it. I guess all reviews are referring to the same individual. I can’t dare to go again to this place.
