I was there with my family and we got drinks and there was soap in our drinks we tried to confront one of the workers and he said it is impossible because the soda runs off a CO2 tank and I tried telling him it was the spout when they cleaned it that there could still be soap and he just kept telling me it's not that worst service ever any time we go there workers are always mean

The guy behind the counter was nice and trying his best. However, you can't run a subway at lunch time with only one person. I had to wait in line at least 30 minutes. A person even came up to the counter saying that she had an order for pickup 17 minutes prior. They hadn't even started it. I'm literally typing this as I wait....still waiting.

Seems like bad management or unreliable workers. You need more than one person.

Asked the lady to spread out the cheese instead of keeping it together in a clump on one side of my sandwich so she got upset I guess and put her thumb in my sandwich as she was wrapping it up. In case the manager wants to know, she was the only one there and it was at 3pm on Tuesday 10/8/24.

It's 904 am and hours say open at 830. No one is here. Doors are locked.
Last time here they refused to honor the national coupons. Subway coperation needs to visit this location and either get them up to standard or shut them down permanently.

On 6/19/2024 I ordered Subway from the mobile app at about 8:45 PM. The app said the food would be ready by 9:15. I arrived at the Subway inside of Walmart at 9:05 and it was closed. My order total was $47.33. My kids and I had done yard work all day and I still needed to buy them dinner so we ended up spending another $50 on fast food somewhere else. The next day, the associate had our order behind the counter and offered me the night old food, 4 subs, a pizza, and churros. That’s so gross!!!! I went into the subway restaurant several times at different times of the day trying to catch the manager for a refund (the associates said they were unable to) and never had luck. I filed a complaint online and got a response from Connor Falliaux, district manager, offering apologies and asking for more information. I sent the information and have yet to hear back. It’s been well over a month. I cannot find a phone number for the corporate office.

Veggies are disgusting here. There is no way they get them from subway. They are all old. The onions taste terrible and are so old they don't even have a crunch. Stay away from this subway at all cost. They got me sick and they also do not care about customer service as well. Make sure you listen to the bad reviews.

Worst experience ever. It's a family running and working at this location so they don't care. All employees are their children. The vegetables are gross and old. I asked for salt and pepper on my meatball sub (thinking that they would have the shaker EVERY other subway has) they dumped paper packets of salt on it. It was inedible. When I gave them the sandwich back and asked for a refund they blamed me for asking for salt, then rudely told me to leave. How this place isn't shut down yet is beyond me.

Stale italian bread. Eating the sandwich was more of a chore than it was enjoyable. When wife was ordering our sandwiches, she said the service was painfully slow. Maybe the bread was fresh when they started making it?

The service was great and the staff was nice but my sub was sliced so only the crust was on the top and the whole thing fell apart. He couldn’t even cut or fold it. It tore in multiple spots and “cut it in half” where one side had 80% of the sub and the other just fell off. There was people in line and I had to leave so I couldn’t ask them to remake it :( fell apart all over my lap in the movie theater and I had a really bad day so it made me cry lol this has happened multiple times so I think the staff just needs to be retrained on where to do that first slice

I came in to this location about a month ago to get lunch. We noticed that they were out of unsweetened tea. When we asked them for more, they said that they didn't have time to get more made. We then asked them a second time, to which they replied very rudely. Get Out!! We were thrown out of the restaurant just for asking them for more unsweetened tea. We will NEVER come back. And furthermore, WE ARE DIABETIC!!! GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!! YOU GUYS ARE RIDICULOUS!!!

Brenda was literally the worst agent I've ever come across in my life! I taught customer service with Marriott for 11 years and this is literally something that you would never expect! Came back later to ask for a manager and found out there was not one the whole day it was just her. Asked her if she remembered me and she said yes you are the one that was too slow so I took your sandwiches back. SERIOUSLY??? Ridiculous!!! Never again!

All veggies were old, cucumbers and lettuce were brown, bread stale and old. Worst sandwich I have ever bought from Subway. Didn’t even finish explaining the toasting preference- they ringed me up and mentioned how much I owe. ?
