We ordered a salad and 2 sandwiches. The guy filled up the salad bowl 1/4 of the way and put a small amount of turkey on it. He acted like iceberg lettuce was being rationed. Ou sandwiches had dry bread and they were afraid to put toppings on them even when we asked for extra. Customer service is not a strength. $40 dollars later and will not return!

Genuinely scared to eat my food. The staff member that made my sandwich came out with an extremely rude attitude, which is alright, some people have bad days. However, he scratched his genetal area immediately before making my sandwich. This place is not worth anybody's time or money.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a Subway. The staff acted like every ingredient was coming out of their own pocket extremely stingy, dismissive, and unwilling to make a simple order without cutting corners. The attitude alone was enough to make me walk out, but the way they nickel-and-dimed every part of the sandwich made it even worse.

I left feeling like they cared more about squeezing every penny than actually serving customers. Definitely not returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who wants decent service or honesty in how they run things.

Bought a sandwich, then they claimed they were out of water cups so they would have to charge me full price for a regular cup to get water. No thanks.

Don't play the claw games at subway. I understand not winning but the game, but just stealing your money and not allowing a play is messed up. Subway won't support them they say call the number. The number is automated and says send an email. You send and email and nothing. Subway shouldn't even have any claw games. If you want to play a claw game go to Flatirons mall or colorado mills.

This Subway is the one that is inside a Walmart. I go to this one because it's clean, the employees are super nice, and it's so much better than the other Subway in Broomfield, which I will not ever go back to.

First, the person making the sandwiches didn't speak English and had trouble getting the order correct. The toaster oven didn't work again. Time to find a different store.

Nobody spoke English! Out of stock on a lot of things, and toaster oven was broken. My sandwich was horrible. Waste of $15...

Rude staff. I didn't know that one of the workers didn't understand English, when I was trying to explain that the person should wash their hands after handling someone's money. I was being told by another worker not to talk to the other person that way. I don't know what I did wrong here. I was trying to be as polite as I could be. I took the response 'not to talk to her that way.' as offence, since I come from an international family myself and I try to explain things to my family who have difficulty with English as politely as I can. Sadly I think I will not be returning to this Subway.

Employees made fun of my order

I was there with my family and we got drinks and there was soap in our drinks we tried to confront one of the workers and he said it is impossible because the soda runs off a CO2 tank and I tried telling him it was the spout when they cleaned it that there could still be soap and he just kept telling me it's not that worst service ever any time we go there workers are always mean

The guy behind the counter was nice and trying his best. However, you can't run a subway at lunch time with only one person. I had to wait in line at least 30 minutes. A person even came up to the counter saying that she had an order for pickup 17 minutes prior. They hadn't even started it. I'm literally typing this as I wait....still waiting.

Seems like bad management or unreliable workers. You need more than one person.

Asked the lady to spread out the cheese instead of keeping it together in a clump on one side of my sandwich so she got upset I guess and put her thumb in my sandwich as she was wrapping it up. In case the manager wants to know, she was the only one there and it was at 3pm on Tuesday 10/8/24.
