This used to be my favorite location but the last few times have been HORRIBLE. I understand when people don’t fully speak English but when I ordered 2 staff members had me speak into their phone to translate what I was saying and one of the employees had her children inside going from being the register to the “lobby?” Area. I wasn’t going to make a bad review until we got home and the food was also horrible. Burritos had almost nothing in them and the tacos were FULLY stuck to the wrapper, both sides were stuck so all you could eat if you wanted to was the inside. The soda machine in the lobby doesn’t work and the ones they serve out of were flat. No point in calling to complain or talk to a manager- they know this is how the store is being ran.
I placed an order online with a pick up time, and headed there a bit early. After waiting, and not being greeted by two different workers, I was finally greeted by the person in drive thru.
They couldn't find my name, said they had no delivery for me. I stupidly left thinking well maybe I accidentally placed the order at a different location. No.
So, I drove all the way back, showed them the order I placed, where they asked to see so they could remake it. Total time was about 1hr 15 min to get my order.
The worst part was how unprofessional these two women were about their coworker, openly mocking them where I could hear. One of them must have been getting off work, as she TOOK HER HAIR DOWN while still in the back. I've been a manager and know food safety and they were not following rules.
I tried calling the store multiple times the next day, because I would have rather just spoke to a manager about this but not one time did they answer the phone - and so I'm posting here.
Seriously. Go to another location or just skip Taco Bell completely.

You need to get people that
speak English the soda pop taste like syrup.

With that many employees, you would think your Food and Service would be better
So sad my food 40 minutes after I ordered that employee in your house by far. The worst experience I have ever had at this Taco Bell.

It was so snowing out so we dined inside. The cashier was so pleasant. I would have taken more pictures of my food. But….It was so fresh and prepared with care. We gobbled the taco pizza and tacos down.

Online says they close at 1:30...there window says the close at midnight....closed by 1pm.... employee was sweeping the drive thru line when we pulled up didn't even acknowledge us
I still come here maybe monthly because it's the closest one to my house. But they consistently underfill their burritos and they've been doing it for at least 5 years now. I would say maybe 5% of the time I get a regular sized burrito. I've been to other Taco Bells that are farther away (north of where I live) and I would say that 75% of the time the food is better at this other Taco Bell location (hint hint the Broomfield location on 1st Avenue near Home Depot).

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 chicken chalupa burritos and 1 hot Cinnabon delight coffee. What I got was 1 chicken chalupa burritos, I burrito that had nothing I could recognize inside in a soft shell that had a huge broken crack in the middle with the weird looking insides spilling out. The coffee was plain black coffee and my receipt was from someone else's order. I asked the manager to please get me the proper receipt and proper coffee I ordered and they got me the correct receipt and never gave me the correct coffee. I parked and went into the dining area and reminded the manager to please get me my coffee. They did but it tasted terrible! After that, driving home I opened the second burrito and discovered it was not what I ordered. The manager said there was no complaint contact for this taco bell. I'll never go there again!!! What a huge disgrace this Taco Bell is to Taco Bell corporation!!!

If you go to this Taco Bell and use a credit card your card will get skimmed and have fraudulent charges. Stay away from the low lives working there and go elsewhere.

I don't understand why even put this even the bag. Just leave it out next time.
The restaurant 25 minutes before they even started my order because I placed it online and they focused on drive through orders. I had to leave and asked to cancel the order, and they had to re-enter my order manually for each item to give me my refund.

My chalupa tasted like dough and was really soft/raw feeling. I’m not sure what happened but it was definitely concerning to bite into. Forgot part of the order as well. The workers were very friendly though.

I placed a mobile order then went to pick up my food. When I got to the window they said they didn't have my order and I probably ordered elsewhere. When I got back to work and was able to check my phone I left behind, I was at the correct location. I tried calling before I went there, no one answered. Got in line amd was told again that they didn't have my order. I told them the app gave me this address, they then asked for my 1st name and said they had the order I placed 40 min ago. They gave me my old cold soggy food. Didn't even try to make it fresh. I asked for a refund.
