I waited 15 minutes for my fast food. Due to needing to leave for an appointment, I had to ask for my money back. The kid at the counter gave me an attitude for needing a refund. This was a bad work ethic, even by Boulder standards. The owner needs to visit with his staff before they're rated even lower than that 2.8 stars.

Honestly, never leave the parking lot without checking your order. They almost never get it right. My husband almost went back a third time tonite to get the right stuff, but we just gave up because we’re tired, and this Taco Bell’s food isn’t worth the trouble. It’ll usually get the job done if you get the correct order, but sometimes we still get dry beans, 1/4 full queso cups, beef when you asked for beans (we’re vegetarian), dry pebble potatoes, you get the picture. Try this location at your own risk lol.

I rarely leave a bad review but I am LIVID right now. I almost choked on this long piece of PLASTIC in my burrito!! I didn’t complain when I paid extra to have sour cream put on my burrito and didn’t get it, I didn’t even complain when I was given a barely filled pathetic burrito. BUT THIS?!
I ordered 2 tacos and waited over 20 minutes for my order. No one was even at the register for me or anyone to order, staff needs to get it together.

We love Taco Bell, but ever since we moved back to Colorado from California, the Taco Bells have all been awful... until today! We went through the drive-thru and ordered off the app. The food was fresh, hot, and super friendly service. We finally found pur go to Taco Bell Location!!!!
