This Taco Bell must have the laziest slow workers. The past 2 weeks, it takes the drive through 10 + min to get up to give them you'r order... this isn't fast food
This taco bell hasn't been the best but it definitely has not been this slow!

I would like to recognize the young gentleman (dark wavy hair) at the drive-thru pickup window. He was polite, amazingly friendly, superior customer service & very respectable. If a manager sees this please give him an award or incentives.
I was trying to get in touch with the manager with the number provided on the website but nobody answers. Not even a voice message comes on. I called four times. Is there a manager available during the day or what?

Wife went in the guy at counter is sitting there flirting with females seems to be underaged so rude when my wife got to counter she stood at counter for about 8 mins and they just kept looking at my wife I think the guy is a manager as he had a flat top LA hat saggy pants they truly don't care about any body here be aware we didn't even get food decided to leave

Food was good. All the burritos said beef even though they weren't, so we had to play Russian Burrito Roulette, Taco was not supreme. No one works the front counter any more, even though they had enough people to stand and watch us order. This is the third time we ate at this location and it will be the last.

Crying children, workers were busy doing other things, weren't helping out with anyone and there was an old man there telling me to suck his dentures
We went to the drive thru and the attendant said she would be right with us. There was no one in front of us, or behind us. We sat there for a few minutes and no one helped us. We decided to leave the drive thru and when we saw inside, the employees were doing anything besides working. There has been terrible service at this location and I thought they were turning a positive corner, but tonight proves otherwise. When you are supposed to provide a simple service and you do not, you get a negative review.

Update: they've improved a lot recently and I haven't been missing any order items.
If you order delivery there will always be missing items. Always. Sometimes half the order!
