I don’t understand how this location constantly get orders incorrect. I order tacos and burritos substituting beans or potatoes instead of meat, and they seriously cannot handle it. Even when their manager is working, it’s just too much for them. I understand mistakes happen once in a while or during rushes. But this has happened for 6 consecutive trips, during slow periods. This is my beefy five layer burrito where I subbed potatoes instead of meat.

What's the point of a mobile order if I have to wait 40 minutes when I get there? Notoriously slow and unapologetic. Worst taco bell.

We were at the speaker box for 20 minutes with a line of cars building up. Kept telling us to wait to place an order. We eventually noticed no one was at the window and we just drove thru and left. STAFF UP Taco Bell. Corporate maybe should pay a higher wage for better service!

Drove thru for a happy hour freeze and confirmed before ordering it was happy hour (4:45pm). At the drive-thru window, the male clerk asked a female coworker for help with the discount. Help was not received and the clerk shrugged it off. He ran my card and did not provide a receipt. I ended up being charged the full price of the freeze.

Didn’t even receive my order after telling them that I food has been ready for 10 minutes. Every single person ignored me. Worst service ever and the manager should be fired for just staring at me. I would give with a zero if I could.

I hadn't been to Taco Bell in a while so I thought I'd try a few new menu items.
I got the street tacos with steak.
I've got to say the flavor was OK but it was nearly all breading and cheese.
What really got me was the size. The pics don't show clearly even though I tried to show scale.
You could only hold them with two fingers. Try three and you'll 🫦 🫦 yourself.

This place absolutely sucks, the workers here are always slow and can never get your food out. The people here are RUDE!! I dont know why people order here its terrible service and terrible wait time. The reviews here are low already so if you plan on going here RECONSIDER.

Best Taco Bell with in 7 miles of Louisville. I was trying to call to figure out what time the Rockies taco deal ended. This is the only Taco Bell that knows how a phone works.
