Usually when you go to a hotel restaurant, you have low expectations. This place was amazing. From David that greeted us at the start with the biggest smile that I think I've ever seen to the wonderful food that we had. It was such a great experience. The garlic knots were outstanding, and the steak frites that I had was delicious as well.

My family and I decided to try this place after a graduation event held at the hotel, service was slow, food was not very good and was overpriced. Atmosphere was just kinda dull. Left there feeling like we didn't just celebrate a special event.

Had a lovely time eating, drinking and watching the AVs game. The staff was attentive and accommodating. The food was excellent, though we weren't complete fans of the sauce on nachos which wasn't traditional. Nice ambiance, very clean and inviting. Pool tables in excellent condition.

While staying at Omni Interlocken Hotel, had the opportunity to eat at The Tap Room on a few occasions. The restaurant is quite spacious with pub height tables and stools. They do have outside patio seating. At the moment, they do not have a host, you just seat yourself and a waiter/waitress will come to you. There have a good selection of food. Furthermore, they have assortment of local beers. While I was there their service was poor. Always had to wait 15 minutes or longer to get served. Really don’t understand the reason cause all the times I went, there was hardly no people in the restaurant. It seems that they’re only allowed to have so many staff working at one time. The more customers that they have, the more staff members should be working. In all the times I was there, I did not receive an apology for their tardiness. But I do want to give a shout out to Thomas. He was the only one that took time out of his own time to assist me when he noticed the lack of service that I was having throughout my visits to the restaurant. I recommend the Red Bird Farms Wings, Turkey Club, Craft Burger, and Pork & Green Chilli Nachos. It doesn’t take very long to receive your food order. All the meals that I had at The Tap Room were great. Prices are reasonable, not too expensive. Will go back. The restaurant though, needs to work with their staff in regards of better service with their customers.

Nice relaxing bar with great service, beverages and golf on the tvs. Pool tables if you're so inclined as well. Rich dark wood, granite bar tops are a nice compliment to the beautiful Flat Irons across the valley. We tried the pretzel with our cocktails & it was perfect after traveling.
Too expensive to be this mediocre. It's in the hotel, which was already a bad experience in a different way. Service was atrocious, not anyone specifically and I'm sure they're all friendly. But we were basically ignored for a looong time and then food comes out all at once (app with entree, etc) and it's just okay food, but an expensive bill. Burger was very dry, and supposedly there is sauce on it.

Over priced on many items. At there 4 times. 3 time good service, the 4th time was no service in about an hour and sitting at the bar. Moved to a table and got served pretty quickly. Burnt chicken that even smelled smoky. Nice looking place with friendly staff.

Food was decent. Atmosphere didn't really match that of the hotel. I brought a group of 14 there and the server requested an additional tip on top of the 20% that was already added to the bill because of the size of our party. That was a huge turnoff because the service was just average. For that reason alone, I will never bring another group there again.
