Bit slow at the moment. But the build a bowl remains dependable, if a little spendy for fast casual

I have to say I used to like Tokyo Joe's but no longer. Bland employees to go with bland food. Yuck . Came with a girlfriend and we both agree it was just not satisfying. Skip it this trip.

The Flatiron Crossing Tokyo Joe's was fantastic. The staff was all super kind, patient, and helpful. The food! So good. I built a bowl with the chicken, rice, snow peas, carrots, and terriyaki sauce. The regular bowl is enough food for 3 meals for me. It's really like to give special props to Yantie. She spent above and beyond.

The food is always fresh and delicious. Great variety of bowls. Their Nikko salads are absolutely the best!

Tokyo joes is a quick service, fast causal Asian American joint. Came here with some co workers and I've always found TJs to be consistent. This day they were so darn slow. If you're looking for a no frills, simple "clean" eat head here. The veggies and steamed and lathered in sauce. I found the sauce to be one dimensional. Sweet and thick. It tasted nothing like peanuts. My salmon was way over grilled and I found a bone in my fish. Rice was over cooked. Overall I wouldn't put tjs at the top of my list but hey if a co worker wanted to come I wouldn't stop them from coming.

Honestly my boyfriend and I have gone to this Tokyo Joe's many times and have had many good experiences. I usually pick up food after ordering it online, our orders are simple, we get dark meat chicken and rice bowls with our assortment of veggies and toppings. Tonight however was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a restaurant. I ordered like normal online, 2 big dark meat chicken bowls and an edaname side, around 7:30PM. I was unaware that the store closed at 8, I thought it was 9. However, I went to the store around 7:50 and picked up my order. As I've said we've had a good relationship with this Tokyo Joe's so it didn't even occur to me to check my order. Unfortunately I got back home to see that not only did we not get our sauces, but my boyfriends order had not been put into the bag, instead we got what seemed like a regular sized poke bowl and my bowl that I had ordered. Being someone who works in food, I understand that mistakes happen, I called the store around 8:10 and the phone just kept ringing. My boyfriend tried to call the store too, we didn't expect to get a new bowl but at least we could get our sauces. No one answered our calls as we drove over to the store. We made it over to the store around 8:20 and we were trying to get the attention of the guy mopping, to try to get our sauces, but he seemed to purposely be ignoring us. As I've said before i work in food service as well, so I understand the rush and pressure of closing and wanting to get home, but if someone calls the store, and even tries to get your attention at the door, you should at least answer and make sure everything is OK. I'm very disappointed in this visit, Tokyo Joe's is an occasional enjoyable treat to have so it was very heartbreaking to have such a horrible experience.

I'm a foodie and love to eat healthy. I appreciate their organic tofu and no hormone meat as well as so many gf options. Such a great healthy fast food choice. And I absolutely love the green curry. Thank you TJs!

Ordered through Door dash first order came with no sauce regularly comes with two called to try and get sauces was told they are to busy so I REORDERED through door dash then called the store let them know what happened and that I’ve now ordered for the second time and would please like 4 things of sauce for both meals door dash delivered and there was one half full sauce. Kind of annoying tbh I literally re placed an order for something that is included (fine that it was forgot but girl who answered was rude) and then called to DOUBLE check I would recieve right order and correct for the items missing and they still didn’t include but one half full sauce for two large chicken bowls. ??

So many delicious fresh options for the bowls! I'd love to see Tokyo Joe's open in Albuquerque, NM. We don't have anything like this.

Pot stickers came out freezing. When I told staff they took the cold pot stickers they remade them but it took a solid 10-15 min. The chicken bowl I ordered came out with only 3/7 veggies I ordered. I usually go to the Westminster location. Going to this location was a mistake. Staff was nice enough

Tokyo Joe's never disappoints, my go to is the big Nikko Salad, tons of veggies, avocado oranges and chicken. Highly suggested if you want something light and refreshing!

My fiance and I LOVE Tokyo Joes. I have since I was 12! However, my love for it is slowly diminishing. The dressing cup is WAY smaller. I asked for two dressings and they gave me two small dinky cups. They used to have a big dressing container that would literally fit TWO of the small cups they currently use. I'm VERY disappointed. I've ordered too many times this past year to realize that Tokyo isnt as good as it used to me.

I gave them three stars because they are just average for a Tokyo Joe's and nothing really stood out good or bad. The did forget to put the corn on my mom's bowl. Also it was hard finding a clean chair. They seem to clean the tables, but most of the chairs had food crumbs in them.

Ordered a bowl with chicken breast veggies and Ramen with pineapple sauce. Barely edible. Chicken was nuked.. veggies steamed..including onions..really? Steamed onions? Bland and flavorless. Tea was good though. Would not return

Food was hot, good quality and correct but very slow to get out. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible with the slow kitchen service and were knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating.
