The food was decent but nothing too special. Some dishes lacked strong flavor. The service was acceptable, though not very attentive. The environment was comfortable enough for a simple dinner.

First time here. I came because of the great reviews. It might be good, but not the pad Thai and not the basil curry. Lunch for two was $36 with tip and most of it was just left on the plate.

I like the food but I got very bad food poisoning and diarrhea from my last two visits. Specifically, I ordered the noodle soup. Just want people to be aware of that before you decide dining here. If the restaurant owner see my comment, pls take actions.

This place is so delicious and delectable. We ordered the bun bo hue, pho with rare steak and brisket, and the tofu noodle basket. For starters the noodle basket was huge (and you can pick from different types of protein), there was a layer of crispy egg noodles topped with saucy rice noodles and a large variety of vegetables. The bun bo hue was fragrant and spicy, the lemongrass and herb flavor is perfect, and it's a great choice if you like spice/if it's a rainy day. The pho was good, the broth is clean and flavorful, and everything I want from a bowl of pho. The service is great, the restaurant is a little smaller and that just means that they are more attentive. This place offers such a large variety of food, and from what I could tell, all of it looks delicious. You'll spend about 15-20 dollars per person depending on what you order. And at the end of the meal a complimentary plate of coconut jelly is brought out. It is the perfect end to an already delicious experience.

Food, service, everything is top notch delicious. Plenty of vegetarian options as well as standard pho and Vietnamese options with meat. Take the very friendly and enthusiastic owner's advice when ordering. He didn't steer us wrong. So glad to have this incredible restaurant available to us for a quick delicious meal or for a special family occasion with a big group. You can tell the ownership in the chef take great pride. Making sure everybody loves everything put in front of them. A new family favorite for us . Very good value for money. Generous portions.

We visited Tu’s Kitchen yesterday and it turned out to be a delightful find. When we first walked in, we weren't quite sure what to expect, but we were quickly greeted by a gentleman named Lâm who had such a friendly and energetic demeanor. He was confident in the quality of their food and encouraged us to grab a seat and take a look at the menu.

Lâm also helped my husband pick out exactly what he was looking for: a three-meat bowl that included pork egg rolls. I opted for the rare steak pho in a medium size, and we were both really impressed not only by how generous the servings were, but also by how wonderful everything tasted. The flavors were absolutely delicious and the presentation was great.

He even recommended that we try the coconut jelly for dessert—something we hadn’t had before—and it turned out to be a lovely, not-too-sweet treat to finish off the meal. Overall, we truly enjoyed everything and will definitely be making Tu’s Kitchen a regular stop whenever we’re in the area on business.

Owner is a JERK. Here’s the story: My Mom purchased a $100 gift card from Tu’s and had me pick it up from the restaurant. Apparently they have two versions of their business card. One being a plain card with just name and contact and the other being labeled in small print “gift card” with a red line across the middle of the card. One of their employees mistakenly put the gift card on the wrong card and tonight the owner tried to invalidate that card. It still had $55 on it. We went back and forth and he ultimately accepted the gift card and stated, “no more!” I asked for the remaining balance in cash as this was a terrible experience and I just wanted the remaining money so I didn’t have to come back. They said no and proceeded to rip the gift card, again, saying “no more!” So effectively, they charged me $55.xx for a $21.xx meal. At this point, I knew I had to get police involved so I called them.

Police showed up and I explained what happened. An employee tried to tell the Officer I’ve done this before and I’m a scammer. I asked him how I have successfully “scammed” them 4-5 times before and it never was an issue until tonight? The employee and manager refused to acknowledge that their employee messed up by giving me the wrong version of their business card; repeating that I was a scammer. Needless to say, I did not get my $34 remaining balance and my reputation was slandered because they were saying I didn’t pay for the food and the gift card is fake. Also, they framed it in a way that made it seem like they comped my food. If I was really doing anything illegal, do you really think I’d stick around for the cops to come? Or better yet, be the one to CALL the cops? Come on.

So if you want to support an establishment that steals money from customers and slanders their name, this is the place for you. The owner is a complete unprofessional and the BBB needs to investigate this restaurant.
