Lovely food so good and nice service went with me and my girlfriend and her dad we had a good time together spent lots of time talking and not many people were there so it was us and a couple other families fun time, great service, and nice food I would recommend. ?

Wish I could tell you how the food tasted. Ordered over $100 worth of food from here and when the driver showed up? There was 1 order in the bag. Not what we ordered at all! Called the driver to verify that she didn't give us the wrong order, and that was the only order she had. Called the restaurant and they said they'll remake it and we can come pick up. After spending about $30 on delivery. I told her it was unacceptable and she told me to just call the grub hub driver to go back and delivery it for free. Absolutely NOT! She did say that they gave her the wrong bag though. They were not willing to help the situation at all. They also tried to change our order price and charge us after extra because the menu price was wrong. 1) the menu price was $9.95 on THEIR menu, while we paid $14.25 on grub hub (plus their delivery fees, service fees, and "other" fees. I found that unacceptable as I do not control what the prices are and what they're not. We eat Chinese food often and these people are OFF our list. Some absolute bull to try and change the price and then say we can go pick up. So many things wrong with this! Admit to giving the wrong order, charging an extra charge for their mess up and then not even taking responsibility for their mess up.IF YOU WANT GOOD CHINESE, GO TO THE UNITED CHINESE IN THORNTON! DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!Grub hub refunded our order thankfully.

I have found this restaurant behind my house. Took family there twice and food was good. I have ordered delivery for the third time and charged me way over. Each plate cost $8.25 per menu, I have ordered three plate. The restaurant charged me $52.00 and gave $8 for the delivery diver, so total cost $60 for the supposed to be around $25? Be aware!!!

I tried to order lunch from United Chinese for my toddler’s birthday party (8 adults and two small kids attending) through UberEats. I ordered before 11 AM and the food was supposed to arrive by 12:30 PM. I specifically searched for a restaurant that would be able to deliver to our home at that time and I only later saw that the restaurant was supposed to open at 12 PM. The order went through no problem. I then was busy trying to get myself, my toddler, and our home ready for the party. When guests arrived at around 12:15, I realized that I hadn’t gotten any notifications about the order yet and I thought that was odd. When I opened the UberEats app, there was a screen that popped up saying that the order had been canceled because the restaurant couldn’t fulfill it. But there were no notifications (my notifications for the app were on) and, most frustratingly, I had not received any call from the restaurant. If they had called me about the order and said that they needed more time, I would have been totally fine with that. But since I only found out that the order was canceled during the event, I then had to find another restaurant nearby that could accommodate everyone’s dietary needs, have everyone look at the menu and tell me what to order (not a fast process for 10 people), and then go through the process of ordering and picking the food up. So we ended up only getting food to our home over an hour after we were supposed to eat and by then some family members had to leave with their small kids without eating. There may be a fault with the app as well, but regardless, I don’t understand why the restaurant didn’t just call me and explain the situation so we could figure out a fair solution. It was incredibly unprofessional to just cancel with no communication, leaving us in the lurch.

The food is always amazing, we came here out of curiosity and are permanent patrons here. This out got to place after karate and have been coming here for almost half a year. We bring out relatives when they are in town and they love this place also. The young lady here knows what we like, due to us coming here so much. Thank you for the excellent service and wonderful food.

The person who takes orders over the phone and meets you at the front desk speaks very little English, which in itself is no problem but coupled with the fact that she has a bad attitude and is a complete idiot, makes ordering almost impossible and of corse the order was wrong.

If you're looking for an overly friendly staff, this ain't it. Solid food, rapid results and a good value. Started with hot and sour. Not sure it was made on site but it was ok. King Pao chicken was legit tasty and perfect amount of heat. The chicken was moist and abundant with veggies. Nicely done

This was the worst experience I've had at this restaurant. I completely understand it's Christmas Day and orders can be backed up. But I went in an hour after I ordered and my food wasn't ready. I was told it wasn't going to be ready for another hour. I never got an estimated time for pick up and the guy at the counter said "well no one else had any issues." To top it off the food was subpar. I won't be ordering from this restaurant again and take my business elsewhere.

I don’t recommend this place now. They used to be good but they’re horrible now. I also don’t recommend using delivery service for this establishment, they up charge and they rip you off. I’m done.

The biggest rip off of all time. Their food used to be delicious but now they just fill your order with onion, green pepper, red pepper. They also charge you anywhere from 1 to 3 dollars per order without your authorization. I will never ever order from this place again, they are unscrupulous and unethical business owners.

We have been ordering from United Chinese for years and have never been disappointed. The staff is so friendly and always gets our orders correct.This is just good Chinese food that you won’t regret. The quality of their meats is good and their breading on chicken and other meats is perfect.I have yet to find another local Chinese restaurant that I like more.
