I went here for the first time yesterday and had the most amazing experience, the staff was so welcoming and friendly and the menu is AMAZING, but they also were so kind about how whatever you want they’ll make it for you. I have always had a hard time at places like Starbucks because I only drink decaf and they tend to mess that up a lot, but at Vento they were conscious of what they were making and made sure the drink was decaf. I loved this place and will be going back many many times!

First time in (my destination was the shared-space Dardano’s), the customer service was absolutely nonpareil. Tattooed smokeshow (Zoia?) ran things as if it were *her* business, treating her staff and customers alike with a kindness and thoughtfulness rarely seen these days. My hot Squally was phenoms and the gratis iced version was the cherry on my Vento sundae (Sunday?). 11/10, five shiny gold stars, two Fonzie thumbs-up, one partridge in a pear tree! HUZZAH!

Griffin took our order and was fine but the barista who made our drinks forgot the shot in my chai and then poured it on top over the ice. there was also no caramelized cookie butter on top of my drink like there was in the picture next to the order. while she was remaking the drinks the barista called us angry and nasty so we could hear and then slid the drink (incorrect again) across the counter at me. they also left out croissant in the toaster the entire time they were making our drinks so it was burnt on the bottom. the manager remade the drinks and apologized but the experience was disappointing. we will not be coming back for the free drinks they gave us.

We love going to Vento. Zoya created a great culture there. Everyone is beyond helpful, friendly, and kind. The coffee and sweet treats are yummy. They even have a tiny library, and allow dogs inside. A perfect local coffee shop to hang out in for awhile.

I love this coffee shop. It’s kind of a hidden jewel, as it’s inside of a shoe store. But the food and drinks are delicious. And the staff is super friendly and knowledgable. If you haven't tried Vento Coffee yet, make it happen.
