I went here for the first time yesterday and had the most amazing experience, the staff was so welcoming and friendly and the menu is AMAZING, but they also were so kind about how whatever you want they’ll make it for you. I have always had a hard time at places like Starbucks because I only drink decaf and they tend to mess that up a lot, but at Vento they were conscious of what they were making and made sure the drink was decaf. First time in (my destination was the shared-space Dardano’s), the customer service was absolutely nonpareil. Tattooed smokeshow (Zoia?) ran things as if it were *her* business, treating her staff and customers alike with a kindness and thoughtfulness rarely seen these days. My hot Squally was phenoms and the gratis iced version was the cherry on my Vento sundae (Sunday?). 11/10, five shiny gold stars, two Fonzie thumbs-up, one partridge in a pear tree! HUZZAH!

We love going to Vento. Zoya created a great culture there. Everyone is beyond helpful, friendly, and kind. The coffee and sweet treats are yummy. They even have a tiny library, and allow dogs inside. A perfect local coffee shop to hang out in for awhile.
