A little taste of Europe by people that love what they do. The fish of the day was my MIL's favorite treat while she fought cancer. I adore them and their wine list and will return knowing that I am supporting amazing people.

Dietary restrictions: Fish of the day is typically a gluten free option.

I thoroughly enjoyed the food! I had the chance to try a wide variety of dishes from the menu, and everything was absolutely perfect.

Feedback for the business: Please consider accommodating families with babies and kids. There was no changing table in the bathrooms, and no high chair available. This is the first time I’ve come across a restaurant that doesn’t offer a high chair.

Kid-friendliness: Unfortunately, the restaurant is not very accommodating for families with young children. There were no high chairs available and no changing tables in the bathrooms, which made it challenging. This is the first time I’ve come across a restaurant without these basic amenities for kids.

We loved this restaurant! First time dining there. We've lived in Boulder Cty for decades and just learned of it.
It has the feel of a modern European place where folks can linger, which makes it super relaxing. It was not busy, which we couldn't understand since it was so good, but so maybe when it is busy, it may not be quite as relaxing. Ok now the service: very professional -they come around often enough, but are never intrusive. They are well trained on allergies so that's impressive. The food was- in a word-outstanding. Flavors were delicious and everything tasted fresh! It's fun if you are really into wine, because that is obviously a specialty.
I highly recommend the restaurant, although it is pricey, it's worth it!

What an amazing gem tucked at the end of the street! The space is intimate and cozy, and the food is amazing. Specialty cocktails for the season as well as an extensive wine list. Impress someone special with a night out.

We walked in. We were greeted by the server. He asked if we had reservations. We did not. There were only 2 other tables seated. In a not very pleasant tone, the waiter responded that they will be busy soon and possibly couldn't seat us. The waiter did point to a table and we did sit down, we decided very quickly that this was not the place for us tonight and we left. We did not appreciate the waiters attitude.

This place was great. Fantastic music at a reasonable volume. I could actually talk to my dinner companion! The food was great. I highly recommend the venison.

Tomas and his team did a great job for us! We did a full restaurant buyout for a national meeting and everything went so smoothly. I needed a screen for a presenter, which they provided. The service was excellent and the food was delicious!! I Highly recommend!

Decided to finally try out vinca for the first time, I brought the family out and everything, but when I showed up it was closed and no one was there. Very disappointed as google says it was open with a closing time of 9 pm. I showed up around 7:40 and the lights were off. Not happy

Confusion and a rookie server makes for a disappointing first visit. We arrived for a retirement dinner, 25-30 people, first thing I heard was that the table layout was not as discussed, I can't say for sure as it was not my event but sure did hear a lot about that. Very confused server, younger dude, brought me a bill that was not mine, had to visit the manager about that. Server really didn't communicate well so there was added frustration but later he disappeared. Luckily Destiny took over and she was a life saver, she really got things back on track, drinks were brought out, topped off and food arrived, all in an organized fashion. Destiny really saved the evening. The food was good but the stand out was the Chicken Marsala, everyone that had it shared it and there were rave reviews all around. Vinca didn't really make a showing that would make me want to go back but parts were outstanding. A return trip to Vinca would demand that Destiny, the BEST SERVER EVER, took care of us and we would order the Chicken Marsala. I can't see Vinca being a 5 star review after the initial experience but maybe, if there is a next time the pieces will fall into place and I will be surprised.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was delightful - the Chef/Owner, Thomas, came to our table and introduced himself and described some of his extraordinary dishes - we enjoyed the personal touch. Our dinner was superb and Grandma’s Apple Strudel (a true family recipe) was the best I have ever had. Can’t wait to go back when we are in the area. Joanie & Greg Tribble

Went to Vinca the other night and were super disappointed. We browsed the menu online before going and the online menu is completely different.. photos included. We had to send back the brushcetta because it wasn't brushcetta and definitely not what they advertised on their online menu. Not only was it bad, it took forever for everything to come out and we were 1 of 3 tables sat. After waiting over an hour for our main courses, my bolognese spaghetti came out cold. Was super excited to try Vinca but was thoroughly disappointed. Won't be going back.

First, if you love wine, you most come here. The wine list is one of the best in Colorado in the least pretentious of the restaurants that can make such a claim. The atmosphere is pleasent and the staff friendly. The owner is delightful. The food is solid and tasty. In the food desert of the north metro area, this is an oasis.

The food was very good, and I had an enjoyable conversation with the bartender that included a useful hint about how to cook a good steak.
