Over priced , small portions, cheesey jazz playing on sound system, no soft drinks just expensive sparkling waters , how about a regular cup of coffee? No chance ,2 desserts , they were out of apple strudel , Asked for the chocolate mousse lol chocolate jello pudding cup quality , lamb shank was good way over priced served with a boring side of a vegetable, I could go on , 1 ⭐ rating ,Parking: Parking garage

We arrived excited as the menu looked fantastic. Service was friendly, but I noticed there was only one person on the floor and one bartender. Took 15 mins to get our drinks. Ordered a risotto shrimp ball appetizer and that took 45 mins to get. And it tasted like a Long John silvers hush puppy. I'm not impressed. Waited an additional 30 mins after that for dinner, with anticipation for getting Osso Bucco and fresh Red Snapper. Sadly, was was so very disappointing. The osso bucco was dry, tough, tasteless, and had no marrow left in it. And the fish was so salty and overcooked that I couldn't try more than one bite. Sent it back. They then sent another one out that was raw. We didn't eat either dish and complained of both, but we had been there 2 hours already and didn't want to even attempt another dish. We just asked for our check, and the first one was fully priced w no discount. Then, the bartender brought us another check w the fish taken off. I appreciated that, even though they should have removed the $50 Osso Bucco as well. We enjoyed the kindness of the service, the food has a great concept but failed miserably to be considered good. Sadly, we paid $125 to be still hungry as we didn't eat any of the food. Frozen pizza at home ended up being our dinner. Sad evening!

This was our first time and we brought another couple from out of state. We arrived early and were directed to a table which was along the path where all those that came in would have to walk by. It wasn't busy at that time so we asked if we could sit to where we could see the beautifully lit trees outside and the bar area as well. Our request was denied but we didn't let that ruin our night. The place is a hidden gem and we enjoyed our bottles of wine, our apps, and our meals.

Stopped by last night for dinner, Wine was ok but the food left something to be desired. Appetizer was overcooked and the pasta seemed precooked and warmed over.

Reviewing here because the person before me reviewed it one star. I was here on the same night, and yes it was a bad night. But we have been here before and it is an excellent place. Even tonight, the food and drinks were excellent with the exception of one dish that was cold, which the owner came to apologize for in person. Considering the situation, the servers were also great and attentive. Vinca had a bad night, as any restaurant (or person) will have, and it’s not fair to judge them so harshly on that considering that it was clear to see that they were trying their best. We will absolutely be back!

Wonderful restaurant in Broomfield, CO!We got a reservation for Wednesday evening. No issue with parking or getting our table. We started with the burrata which is 10/10 delicious, great flavors between the cheese and basil.Main dishes we ordered:?penne bolognese- rich flavor with the in-house sauce?wild mushroom ravioli- this is wow! I’m not usually a mushroom person but the fried mushroom and ravioli with sun dried tomatoes created a great pallet of flavors on this dish. 10/10 recommend. For dessert, we tried the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake- also great! We didn’t order any drinks, we stayed with water and ice tea, but they offer a very extensive and impressive wine menu. Also lots of cocktails to choose from. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We’ll be back!

We had a good experience with the food and service - the shrimp polenta was awesome. However, if you have dietary restrictions or specific preferences, just be prepared as they won't do substitutions because they have a small kitchen, which is clearly stated on their menu. There are only a few gluten free options (and only a single entree when we visited) but our waitress was helpful in answering our questions.

It has been hit or miss! I was super excited when they opened and had a fantastic experience the first visit. The food and wine were amazing. Like a lot of restaurants they have struggled to keep good staff which has been the challenge. Wait time can be long, so don't be in a hurry if you decide to eat here. It's a cute restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for a glass of wine, appetizers or even a meal. The menu changes often and their chef is great!
