I'm not sure what's going on with this location but the food is never fresh and the service is metiocre at best. They always forget an item or 2. I've never been grossed out by Wendys fries and after coming to this location the fries were so greasy, cold, and old I didn't want to eat them.

I stop at this Wendy’s frequently for lunch as I work down the street. Not quite sure who the lady with red hair is, if she’s a manger or lead or not; but she is rude. She has no manners, never says please, thank you, or have a good day. Every time I get nuggets & ask for sauce, it’s never in the bag when she’s at the window. & the past two times this has happened & I ask her for sauce , she rolls her eyes & pushes the sauces into my hands. Not sure what her roll is at this location, but don’t think she’s the best person to be working the register or drive through with no personal skills or manners. My food is never bad, but the interactions with employees is never great. A very awkward & passive aggressive atmosphere. Better off just going to McDonald’s down the street, at least they’re nice to the customers.

I had a customized Baconator, and what do you know¿ They got my order right, food was fresh, service was zippy! 4 STARS, Only because of Price! A fast-food burger, nugget, fry and drink should not be $20!

Good food. Service is poor. Check your order. Employees need help remembering what all you ordered. Dining room suppose to be open at 7am. Never is open. I guess they forget to unlock the doors too.

I just arrived to make an order, and they don't answer these doors with insurance and I asked through the window and they tell me that they are already closed, which on Google shows that they close at 11 pm and still here it's 9.18, super bad service from these people then they went to the back and I didn't see them again
