I had a customized Baconator, and what do you know¿ They got my order right, food was fresh, service was zippy! 4 STARS, Only because of Price! A fast-food burger, nugget, fry and drink should not be $20!

Good food. Service is poor. Check your order. Employees need help remembering what all you ordered. Dining room suppose to be open at 7am. Never is open. I guess they forget to unlock the doors too.

Garbage location. Food is served cold and half of your (cold) fries are missing anyways. Wouldn't recommend spending money on this place. At all.

I just arrived to make an order, and they don't answer these doors with insurance and I asked through the window and they tell me that they are already closed, which on Google shows that they close at 11 pm and still here it's 9.18, super bad service from these people then they went to the back and I didn't see them again

Im in this place every weekend cuz its by my work and 99% of the time there friendly and get my order right. And the food is usly hot and fresh. As of 2-4-25 this place has gotten worse the food has gone down hill and the New Night manager is an assold and is very rude I'm sorry to say I will not be retuning to this place.

I’m confused why I was charged for this. I would have rather they say they didn’t have the ingredients. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. What I got in comparison to having that there before I wasn’t even sure what it was. It was like a dried up plain chicken nugget with a piece of lettuce and mayo on a small dried bun..? I have really small hands so there’s a size comparison too. Please let customers know instead of charging them and letting them drive away it wasn’t busy at all.
The service was awesome! Such a sweet spirited young lady was my cashier this evening. Food was hot and fresh. Cozy atmosphere. Best Wendy's I've ever been to!

Terrible service. I swear, the people that work here are dumb. How do you mess the same burger up twice? I had to go into the store three times and, finally, explain to the staff how a Dave's single is made. It's right there in a picture on their menu up front and they still can't even get it right. How embarrassing.

I gave one star cuz it's the only way I can leave a moment but the manager is rude he didn't get my order correct any of the 3 times I went back in then proceeds to give me burnt food to witch he refused to refund me for I will never go there again

Visited with my wife and toddler. It was late, and the staff were very polite. They were out of apple slices due to waiting on a shipment, but politely asked if fries were ok. It was a nice oasis to rest and eat before continuing our drive home
Kid-friendliness: Our one and a half year old loved sitting on his own seat at the short tables and playing peekaboo around the chairs
The staff seemed to be nice until the manager was around, then they seemed tense. The food needs to be better, ordered a chili, and the beans were undercooked. The fries had a very odd taste.
