Tables and area appeared clean. Staff was pleasant to customers. Food seemed fresh and fast except for the baked potato which had been ove-cooked.

Got my good tonight in a decent time. Had some tenders that were okay. Then when I reached in the bag for a burger it was half wrapped. And left exposed. Not a ginormous deal at the end of the day. But I took a bit of my burger I noticed a bunch of white powdery substance on my lap and on my hands. The burger bun was covered in something. Not sure. And not willing to eat it to find out. Check your food thoroughly if you eat here.

It was busy, and when I got to the 2nd window I could hear the manager (I’m assuming this was a manager since she acted in charge) being snappy with the employees. Seemed like a rough night. That’s fine, I understand and am being polite. Then the manager comes to my window and says my mobile order wasn’t rung up. She starts asking what I ordered, then I started speaking and she immediately asks me another question and is snappy with me.

I don’t know what was going on, but it seems like a failure of leadership.

I had a really bad experience with one of the employees. A lady with tattoos on her arm and orange hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. She acts like she’s the manager, but she’s just an employee. She definitely needs a customer service class because the way she speaks to customers is unacceptable. They really need to hire better staff who actually know how to treat people with respect.

Stopped in for lunch, had the current Wednesday special. Excellent interaction with the counter help, a lot of fun!! The food was hot, fresh & good quality! I absolutely love the Frosty with the dark cherry swirl, very tasty, indeed!!!

The drive thru employee (looked to be a manager) was beyond rude and had zero customer service. She had an attitude from the second I started ordering and then cut me off mid sentence each time I said anything. No manners, no eye contact. Someone should send her to a customer service class or two.

As with most fast food the app orders are usually the most popular. We ordered at the counter and I think the nice woman was almost confused but then I saw how much work she was doing and I was convinced she was under paid. The food was good better than I thought it would be, the restaurant could have used a bit of cleaning. I will order from here again.

Went to the drive thru for a breakfast biscuit and breakfast potatoes. I asked them to make me fresh breakfast potatoes and they did which made me very happy. Those potatoes are so good when they're hot but they're not so good when they're not hot. Biscuit was okay. I think it had been made for a little while which I don't get. Fast food places do this all the time. If they're going to make french fries, why don't they make a French biscuit since they're waiting for the potatoes anyway. But it was edible and the girl at the window is very nice

Disgusting!!! Went here yesterday for lunch around 11:30 and everything but the fries tasted like it was leftover from the day before. The manager was rude to myself and her staff. Do not go here 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮

I'm not sure what's going on with this location but the food is never fresh and the service is metiocre at best. They always forget an item or 2. I've never been grossed out by Wendys fries and after coming to this location the fries were so greasy, cold, and old I didn't want to eat them.
