ordered pickup, arrived a few mins early. Showed my details, my name, and they said it would take 10 more minutes, I said no rush all good, sat down. A bag was put up 1 minute later, but she didn’t bring it out or call it out, so I just waited patiently. After about 15 I got up and just asked really quick if the bag was mine and she said ā€œfor ____?ā€ And I’m like , well yeah, the name I said when I came in. Ah man, food sitting for 15 minutes for no reason just bummer considering the overpriced cost

i ordered 6 classic hot wings and was given 6 wings with a dry rub...last time i ordered from here my ranch was forgotten too...my labels all said 6 classic hot yet i received a dry rub. frustrating when you drive all the way home and realize after.

What a horrible place! Placed an order online today and Jackie, the Hispanic girl that works here told me that someone else came to pick my order of 50 wings. I told her that I had no one picking up anything for me, I was coming from picking up my kids from school. She was refusing to make me more wings, questioned everything. Asked me why I was late picking them up, I literally had to go into details of my day and explain to her the reason why I was late. I was asked for my confirmation, did anyone else show confirmation with my name? NO! Here’s an idea šŸ’” why not ask for confirmation proof from everyone maybe even proof of ID and it will resolve a lot of your problems!! I saw several people picking up orders and just giving their name and they didn’t ask for their confirmation. Work on your pick up process instead of blaming your costumers. Teach your employees basic customer service skills.

I work 10-12 hour shifts got off at 10:20 to get some food, after seeing wingstop was one of the only places open and nearby I stopped there instantly, while ordering staff informed me they don’t know what’s good on the menu as any time they eat it they get sick, after a 20min wait I was given a bag and I went home, come to find out I got a small order of fries and corn instead of a large order of corn, along with boneless incorrect order entirely? I called immediately to no help the lady put me on hold to then repeat my order to me and ask if I want credit or pickup, so I went back and at 12 she said here’s my wingsā€ since I already got sidesā€no idea what the standard is when hiring for wingstop but surely it’s 3rd world as the service is under 1 star however I couldn’t leave less then a one star.

Bad service!!! Waited more than 45 minutes I call them and ask them why is taking so long and she told me that because there no wing made and no workers.. Really!!!!

I ordered delivery and this store sent the wrong thing. I called, and instead of making their mistake right, both employee and manager were incredibly rude and condescending and told me I had to come to the store and bring the food they had incorrectly prepared before they would refund or replace the incorrect item. I ordered delivery for a reason, and that is because I was unable to come to the store! Requiring me to come in to correct their wrong misplaces the responsibility of the mistake onto the consumer. In addition to all this, the chicken was average at best and the fries were inedible, cold and tasting like they had been fried hours before. Not only will I never eat from this place again, I will actively warn my friends to never eat here either.
