Awful customer service from manager. Proper customer service training should be implemented. I didn't get my order and couldn't get my refund.

I asked for the wings to be well done. Chicken looks and taste like it was made in the oven. I don't even wan't to finish the other ones which I never do with wings.
Waited an hour after the ready time and got given half raw wings...never eating wingstop again its always like that
Bad service!!! Waited more than 45 minutes I call them and ask them why is taking so long and she told me that because there no wing made and no workers.. Really!!!!
I ordered delivery and this store sent the wrong thing. I called, and instead of making their mistake right, both employee and manager were incredibly rude and condescending and told me I had to come to the store and bring the food they had incorrectly prepared before they would refund or replace the incorrect item. I ordered delivery for a reason, and that is because I was unable to come to the store! Requiring me to come in to correct their wrong misplaces the responsibility of the mistake onto the consumer. In addition to all this, the chicken was average at best and the fries were inedible, cold and tasting like they had been fried hours before. Not only will I never eat from this place again, I will actively warn my friends to never eat here either.
Always a wait. Ordered on the app the last 2 times and both time. I have had to wait for my food 15min or more after my given time to get my food. I will be looking into a different location for my next trip.

Ordered online for pick up they tried to give us 2 small carrots . When we ordered one large side and the normal small carrots .
We order a large side because they always skimp on the carrots . EVEN WITH THE SIDE ORDER THATS $3 (plus tax) THEY STILL WANT TO SKIMP AND GIVE US LESS WHEN WE PAY MORE FOR THE LARGE. Carrots arnt expensive carrots are vary inexpensive... probably cost the company nothing. The math isn't math-ing with that .... do better.

THE CORN WAS BURNT AND UNEDABLE THE SEASONINGS AND CORN IS DRY AND BURNT .

Thought I would try the online delivery.....that was my mistake. Ordered and it says it's going to be 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I get a message from doordash saying it was delivered. Nope, no food. I try to get a hold of the driver and she says it was delivered. I again search my porch, I drove up to the clubhouse and nothing. I call Wingstop and they can't do anything because it's Doordash fault, I call Doordash and they can't do anything because it's Wingstops order. So I'm out $40 and I've got to go get my kids food.

Most unorganized Wingstop. Orders take 15-20 minutes past pickup time to be ready.
Shuts down delivery in the middle of dinner on the busiest night of the year so far... poor planning, poor management. messed up mulitple orders and have to take stuff back to the store.

Had to wait almost 35 min for an 8pc combo because online orders are prioritized regardless of when you place your order. We sat and watched 7 people come and go before we were given our food. Who schedules 2 people on a SUNDAY??

They put zero effort on the cooking and it did not taste good and you still have to pay a lot of money just to order 6 wings it looked like they haven’t cleaned the place.take my word do not come here.
