We order a large side because they always skimp on the carrots . EVEN WITH THE SIDE ORDER THATS $3 (plus tax) THEY STILL WANT TO SKIMP AND GIVE US LESS WHEN WE PAY MORE FOR THE LARGE. Carrots arnt expensive carrots are vary inexpensive... probably cost the company nothing. The math isn't math-ing with that .... do better.
ALSO ! THE CORN WAS BURNT AND UNEDABLE THE SEASONINGS AND CORN IS DRY AND BURNT .

Thought I would try the online delivery.....that was my mistake. Ordered and it says it's going to be 45 minutes. 45 minutes later I get a message from doordash saying it was delivered. Nope, no food. I try to get a hold of the driver and she says it was delivered. I again search my porch, I drove up to the clubhouse and nothing. I call Wingstop and they can't do anything because it's Doordash fault, I call Doordash and they can't do anything because it's Wingstops order. So I'm out $40 and I've got to go get my kids food.

Had to wait almost 35 min for an 8pc combo because online orders are prioritized regardless of when you place your order. We sat and watched 7 people come and go before we were given our food. Who schedules 2 people on a SUNDAY??

Wings barely had any seasoning on them. Fries were soggy and barely seasoned. Coke freestyle machine both didnt work right and was totally out of ice. I talked up wingstop honey hot wings to a friend and then i was embarrassed when we actually got them.

After ordering via Uber eats I called this store to make sure they cooled this extra time and they assured they will. When I received the order, it was barely even cooked. I took one bite and the chicken felt so rubbery that I had to spit it out. What a shame. Never spending a dime here again.

The drink dispenser was so dirty I had to go to my car, get cleaning wipes and disinfect it before it felt clean enough to use. No option to get a la cart wings, I don't want a combo, I shouldn't have to pay $17 for 6 wings.
Service very slow and music so loud you can't talk at the register.. there was only one other customer in the store. No reason to come back here

Placed an order for delivery, our order was missing an item, called customer service to get a refund, customer service was a complete nightmare to work with. You’d think refunding the missing item would be a quick and easy process but apparently not. We’re never ordering again, I’d love if the actual human staff (and not their useless robot call line) reads this review to help us finally receive our refund.

Not going to lie, wing was good and when I was half way finishing up, I found this weird thing in between the chicken. It just made me feel disgusted whatever this is. Threw everything away immediately. DISGUSTING!!!
