Mall was very clean, located in a great spot. Everyone we came in across were all friendly

I personally love flatirons mall. I commonly go there to train with other service dogs. I’d say overall it’s a great place to shop and train our pups. My only real issue is the lack of care for fake service dogs.We’ve had many dogs try to attack/ bark at our working dogs and flatirons does nothing. So do be mindful of aggressive pets in the mall they won’t remove them. Otherwise enjoy your shopping trip!

Excellent Mall with future potential. Really excited about the upcoming development and hope it brings back more traffic. While online shopping is great I still personally enjoy shopping in person. I like that they have brought in a lot of seating and tables to sit at throughout the mall. As a small business owner it is nice to take careof some shopping then have a place to sit and get some work done. Always looking for a coffee shop or place to work outside of the office. Hang in there Flat Irons. As mentioned I hope the new development gives you that needed lift. Malls are fun. Look forward to this one growing!

This is a big place. There is the normal big department stores. And a eclectic number of smaller stores that cater to specific needs. You could easily spend a day here. But be advised wear comfortable walking shoes cause you will be walking. All in all it 2as a good experience and worth your time to explore.

I was really quite impressed with this particular mall. It was incredibly clean, super bright, and just has a down home Colorado feel. They have some of the staples, but they also have unique stores too. Be sure to grab a snack from DQ to help you feel better about all the money you'll want to spend!

Overall nice mall. Generally quiet, and while some stores are closed, there is still a lively atmosphere to the overall mall. Generally kept very clean. Fun play space for kids near the Macy's and plenty of food options.

Great place to go shopping, awesome sales and plenty of places to eat!

Cute well maintained mall. They had a neat staircase and a few good little food places :D including a little chocolate factory shop!

Love this mall.... there is something for everyone....My kids love it here...the only gripe is that restrooms are placed afar... so be prepared to walk a mile or run if you get nature's call.

They have reinstalled seating areas which had been removed during the height of the pandemic so it is more pleasant for anyone taking a breather or waiting for their partner. More vendors are reopening on the food court. Shopping seems robust for a weekday afternoon. Still feeling the absence of a great cafe like when Nordstrom was there or even Starbucks. Coffee choices very limited.

Great customer service

We used Woops to order branded macarons. Even with the customization we received the cookies in no time! The packaging was so cute, the cookies tasted great and the customization was amazing! We really enjoyed the experience of opening them and sharing them with the office. Can't wait to order more!

I currently work at woops, and I work here for a reason! The woops bakery products are made with trusting ingredients, are gluten free, and have the most phenomenal texture! Having a wheat allergy myself finding a treat is a challenge, but every flavor of macarons we offer is delicious! And if I must say... I’m snacking on some macarons now! I love seeing the smiles when people try our baked goods, make sure to stop by your next trip to the mall!!!

During a busy black Friday at Flatiron Crossing, my wife and I stopped at this cute little kiosk perfectly located in the middle of the mall. The owner was kind enough to gift us a box of six to try. My reviews are of no bearing due to the free gift. These Macaroons are delicious and the variety of creative flavors really make them worth it. The top shelf consisted of chocolate covered macaroons with a marshmallow in top. The cookies and cream and apple cinnamon. We even got a cool photo menu of all their flavors in the bag with our box of macaroons. You can find gift boxes so you can get a great present for your office, family or friends. The quickest way to get to them is to park near Dick's Sporting Goods, the kiosk in the middle of the mall in between Victoria's Secret and Bath and Body works. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. You can even find some free samples atop the counter. A very special thank you to the owner and staff for such kind treatment. We will definitely be returning to try more.
