Horrible customer service. Arrived 2 mins. before they closed to get me a little pick me up. Pulled up in the drive through and the lady was very rude and said sorry we are closed at 5. Okay well it's 4:58 and technically you're not closed. All she said was sorry. Instead of taking one drink order and making the company some money and a customer happy they just lost a customer's business at this location which is a shame. Also where is the compassion? Pretty sad.

I normally go here but today I got the worst blender from here. It had so many chunks of ice and all the ingredients were not blended together. Worse $8 I ever spent
I stopped by Ziggi’s and had an amazing iced sugar-free mocha—it was delicious! My pup, Finney, got a pup cup and absolutely loved it. The staff was super friendly, making the experience even better. Definitely a great spot to grab a drink and enjoy a welcoming atmosphere!

The first time I went this place was the bomb and was so glad they opened!
The next time I ordered an iced coffee, and it was more ice than drunk. Disappointing.
Next order was via their app. Waited 10 min, went to pick up and they had just ignored my order. I finally just left and decided the seven bucks wasn't worth dealing with them. Deleted the app.
Today it was cold and figured I'd give them one more chance as I was craving a mocha. 3:00 in the afternoon and they were closed with a blocked off drive-thru. Not sure what's going on at this location but three other people pulled in right after me and we all had to make u-turns and leave. Their online hours show they should be open.
