The male worker who had some sort of kansas shirt on was really awesome. He answered any questions i had. I had the new frozen limited time bruce dirty soda. There was also free stickers aswell.

Horrible customer service. After repeating my order 3 times they still didn’t make it decaf so I had to go back and not one apology. One woman was nice but the other two need customer service training. It’s really not that hard. Plus, they keep putting stickers over the mouthpiece on the lid! Use some common sense that even though I’m sure the response will be that it’s non- toxic, customers still don’t want to put their mouths on glue. Get it together Ziggi’s. You lost a customer and you’ll definitely lose more the rate you’re going

Drink was okay. First sip I took had a weird off putting taste to it. As the drink melted and i mixed it up more it did get much better!
