All staff are mad, I ordered a drink and I asked for no milk. Charged for a latte, when I picked up the drink it seemed to have milk and I said I want to make sure it has no milk, he said “no milk” it has milk ! Why I have allergy. I simply asked no milk. Both the girl at the register and the guy who made the drink MAD for no reason.

I love this location, the staff is SO friendly and lively. They offer a lot of different flavored drinks and coffees. I love a simple latte or a chai, so haven't tried anything but those and they've been great. They have some small quick premade bites too (muffins, breakfast burritos, etc.).

The workers at this Ziggi’s are normally very polite, but they consistently get my order wrong. I always order a 24oz drink, but almost every time I end up with a 20oz drink. I am extremely frustrated about never getting the size drink I want, I don’t normally have time to go back through the drive through and have them fix it so I normally end up discontent with the drink that I have.

I have been here before and when the owner is here, the service and quality is fantastic. However, today I went middle of day around 12:30 and it was horrible experience. I have a multitude of allergies, dairy, soy, gluten, etc and when ordering and making allergy requests and clean equipment request, the girl on the intercom was screaming, refusing to follow cross contact and food preparation protocols requested by me. Additionally, she threatened me at the window and I didn’t even get my order as it wasn’t safe to do so for my physical safety as well as medical needs.

Super disappointed.

I hope management fires the girl. She had acrylic nails, tan phone case with sticker in top right corner, fake lashes, black hair, and was wearing a black crewneck. I have a picture of her but it won’t let me upload it.

She is incredibly hostile, aggressive, and dangerous.

I’m only putting two stars because the people at the window in the drive-through are really nice. I’ve been going to Ziggi’s for about three years now I go almost every day and I get the same thing And it’s always been a great experience until I moved down this way and started coming to this location. The kids that work here don’t seem like they know what they’re doing or maybe they just don’t care. About 50% of the time my drink does not taste like it’s supposed to taste. It seems like they’re not adding all the different flavors that are included in my drink or they’re adding extra flavors that I didn’t ask for which makes it taste absolutely terrible. A few times it was pretty much undrinkable just like today. I hate to complain, but I also really hate to spend $10 on something I don’t want or like and I hate to have to turn around get back in line and ask for them to redo it! This is the closest location to my home so that’s why I always come here but I think I’m gonna have to go to the one on 104th & federal which is further from my home but the few times I did go there I had a much better experience with my drinks.

Ziggi’s Coffee – Consistent, Friendly, and Damn Good Coffee

Ziggi’s has quietly become my go-to coffee spot—and for good reason.

Every time I visit, the service is fast, friendly, and genuine. Whether I’m rolling through the drive-thru half-awake or stopping in to actually enjoy the vibe, the staff always greets me like they’ve been expecting me (in the best way).

The drinks? On point. Smooth espresso, no bitterness. I’ve tried a few of their signature drinks (highly recommend the Iced Fireside Latte if you're into cozy flavor bombs), and even the basics like black coffee or cold brew are reliably strong and flavorful—never watered down or stale.

Bonus points for:

Drive-thru speed: efficient even during peak hours.

Consistent quality: my drink always tastes like my drink—no surprises.

Atmosphere: clean, chill, and smells like happiness brewed fresh.

In a world of burnt chain coffee and inconsistent baristas, Ziggi’s actually gives a damn—and it shows. Five stars, no hesitation.

The male worker who had some sort of kansas shirt on was really awesome. He answered any questions i had. I had the new frozen limited time bruce dirty soda. There was also free stickers aswell.
