Carl's Jr. has some of my favorite, fastfood burgers. The quality and flavor outshine other fastfood, burger joints. Admittedly , I have t tried the full range that they offer but everything I've tried has been delicious and portions were generous.

Few fast food restaurants have charbroil chicken sandwiches and these are usually pretty good tonight was lukewarm and just gristle was so tough I ate half of it and threw the rest away. Should have noticed this filet was not good before they cooked it and no excuse for cold food. Staff was lazy this night that's why you get a 1 star review

Great food, great customer service and store is clean.I tried beyond burger and it tastes so good everybody gotta try it once.Staff is cheerful and quick with service.
Server was not very nice. Not welcoming & no smile but had an attitude. And did not say thank you. And supposedly the chicken fingers were frozen & could not be cooked?

Fast food! ??? ordered at the drive thru they asked us to park. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food. Not only that but our chicken sandwiches were so rubbery they were disgusting the fries were cold and there was no sauce for my daughters meal. Ya figure it took so long the food would have made up for the long wait but Not even worth going to anymore.

Last night was by far our worst experience. First the guy didnt hang up the headset between our car and the next and we could hear him saying bad words Second,pulled up to the window and took 10 minutes for anyone to come to the window. They guy told me he lost our drinks ?♀️ the. We waited for him to make the drinks he thought lost. Third we got parked and was told another 10 minutes. Took 30 minutes! I was told after they were short staffed and I understand that. But they should have communicated that before we ordered.

I don't know where to begin. Girlfriend and i came here at around 12:30 on a Thursday afternoon. I ordered some special burger on the drive thru menu. Didn't serve it anymore. Ordered a different special burger. We'll get to that. My girlfriend ordered a double cheeseburger, onion only. The woman on the mic literally repeated back "you only want onion on that?" No onion, and drenched in ketchup. Also, the receipt said "ketchup only." We also asked for ranch which we didn't get. My burger was some char burger limited thing. It was ok. Luke warm. That fake charbroil taste, which personally i like. But it had this "chili" which im pretty sure was actually a banana pepper. But it was cold and soggy and just slapped on top of the burger. The only good thing was the fries were fresh fresh. And they're good fries. But overall, i wouldn't go to this location again. Between mediocre quality and apparently no ability to listen or get expired deals off their menus shows me they don't really care.
