Rood guy at the window, doesn’t give you time to order and seems so impatient even when there’s no one else in the drive thru, sat in line waiting for 15 min since he wanted to sit on his phone instead of helping me. Came around 8:30 pm

Every time I go through the drive-thru at night there's a young kid sitting on his phone while he's operating the drive-thru first thing he says when you roll up to order is will you be using the mobile app not Hello not welcome to McDonald's this kind of customer service is garbage I left the line drove away and he was sitting on his phone leaning against the window horrible work ethic on his part he needs to be fired in case anybody was wondering who he was 6:00pm on January 15th 2026 he was at the first window where you pay

We are around the drive-through ordered the number 9. 2 cheeseburgers. I slightly asked for them to be just Ketchup because I’m lactose intolerant. I go back inside because I got the wrong hamburgers. They had cheese on them. Ask them to switch it out for just ketchup, and a patty left thinking that the problem is resolved. no, Go to eat my lunch too cheeseburgers.
We were traveling on Thanksgiving Day and with hardly any restaurants open we were so thankful for this McDonald's on Colorado Ave, in Brush,Co. The food was perfectly prepared. The server even remembered my daughter's ranch dressing. We were Thankful for McDonald's on this 2025 Thanksgiving. 🦃
