We waited in the driveway thru for a good 10 minutes before we could order (I was the only car sitting waiting to order) then we waited another good 10 minutes for our food. It wasn't busy inside. Maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. Idk if there was only 2 people working?

I'm not a fan of leaving reviews but after the 3rd time of going to the Wendy's location in brush and ordering a baconator and getting regular burger is getting out of control. They need someone to look over the food before bagging it. Not only was my burger wrong but the baconator fries I got were under portioned. The people who work there act like they don't want to be there which I get working at a fast food company sucks, but to not take pride in there work is a load of crap. Management needs to nip it in the but before it happens to me again and demand a refund.

Interesting, how many people have said that this place is slow. I have given it several chances, every time I wait and wait and wait and wait. Sometimes they don't even look at you. If I could give it negative reviews I would.
I have been coming here for 15 years but never again. Waited almost 25 minutes to find out I was missing half my order, What I did receive was cold and nasty.
