Wendy’s use to be the best, but today I’m not so sure. I was on a road trip and was wanting to get Wendy’s for breakfast. There app told me I could began a mobile order at 7am. So I waited and ordered on the mobile app at 7am and got a pickup time at 7:15am. Once I got to Wendy’s, the door was locked. Couldn’t retrieve my order. There window advertised they open at 6:30am for breakfast. Nobody in sight. I went to the drive though and the manager was standing there. She opened the window and told us they don’t open until 8am and she didn’t know why the mobile order let me order. It took nearly 15 minutes to get a refund. Moral of the story, don’t go to Wendy’s for breakfast. Go one block over and get McDonald’s.

I ordered a baconator and was given a chicken sandwhich. Which happens, so I just went back and asked for the correct sandwhich. Which they were polite about and told me they would replace. I was the only person in the drive thru and there was no one dining inside of the restaraunt, literally the only customer on the property. There were like 6 staff members there all just standing around, it took them forever to remake my sandwhich, maybe 10 minutes or so and when I got the replacement, it was still the wrong sandwhich!! I just gave up and ate what they gave me.
