We came in about 2pm on a Tuesday so definetly a slower time for most restaraunts. It is very confusing when you walk in because they serve pizza and pho; 2 seperate menus. The lady who greeted us seemed annoyed we were confused and just pointed to the menus on the wall. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. My brisket pho had a minimal amount of meat and the broth has a weak flavor. My husband had the chicken pho and it had only 1 small chicken leg in it. The basil was wilted and soggy. It was all very underwhelming and odd. For a $15 bowl of pho I was hoping for better.

I had higher expectations. You place your order at the counter and then go sit down. They ask for a tip before you even sit down. I tipped 20%,, and service was terrible, so consider not tipping since they don't really do anything. The relative of the waitress showed up and was mean mugging everyone. Food was mid, tiniest egg rolls I have ever seen.

The location was hard to find, and the service was slow. We waited 20 minutes for egg rolls, only to find a hair in them. Then, we waited another 20 minutes for spring rolls, pho, and pizza. The pizza and egg rolls were good, but after an hour, our bahn bao still hadn’t arrived. When we asked, the server said it takes 20 minutes to cook, despite us being there over an hour. The long wait and poor service were a big letdown.

What a hidden gem!
They have the most authentic pho I've had in Colorado... the broth is superbly clean, light, but full of beef flavor (or chicken, if you get the pho ga). My husband who lived in Vietnam said it was pretty on par with the pho he had there.
And they're in a pizza shop!
The veggie steamed bun was delicious and tasted handmade. The BBQ pork banh mi was also amazing.
Next time we drive through Buena Vista we will definitely be back!

Very tasty food! We ordered the spring rolls and the banh mi with bbq pork. The wrapping on the rolls was very fresh and the bread and toppings for the sandwich were as well.
