Stopped by Lowe’s today, saw a BBQ trailer and decided why not… Met the owner and chatted with him for a bit, got a plate of brisket, ribs, corn, and beans… everything had just the right amount of smoke and the tenderness was pretty spot on with both meats, i will say if you see the Trailer, stop by and see them… wanted to try the sausage and pork but both were sold out…

Being from TX we love BBQ made right. And this food truck knows their BBQ. The Brisket was tender, melt in your mouth. Two types of sauce to choose from. Sweet or Spicy, both were great! Good portion size of meat. We also tried the sausage links that were really tender and cooked to perfection. You'll get a To-go container and take back to your car to eat as there were only 2 chairs. But well worth it!! Fast and friendly service

Excellent brisket sandwich. Right moisture, smoke flavor, and bbq rub. The bun and sauce were excellent. Friendly staff as well. I smoke meats myself in a Big Green Egg so I know a little about the craft. Nice job! I'll be back.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a quick, non fast food dining option while headed through town. While it would be unfair to compare this food trucks barbecue against the likes of Kansas City barbecue, I was very happy with my overall meal. The brisket was the best of the meats, and had a great thick smoke ring. The pulled pork was a little underwhelming. My favorite thing were the free hush puppies they through in with my meal. The other sides (creamed corn and baked beans) were also above average.
