This place has a fun vibe with a large square bar as the centerpiece. Unfortunately, service is absent and unprofessional. Server shorted me $30+ when paying with cash. She didn’t check on us after we received our food until we were almost done. Lasagna was dry. Wine selection is embarrassing for any restaurant, especially one claiming to be Italian

I’m not certain who the picky people are that did not give this place five stars. The pizza and beer were excellent. Plenty of friendly staff. Never had to wait for a drink refill. The food was out quickly. I will be back.

This is the most amazing GF pizza I've had. The the potato and parm bisque soup was also perfect. Fast service and delicious food. Our server was Justin and he was great! Eat here!

I recently visited this place had one of the worst dining experiences in a long time. The restaurant was clearly short-staffed, which led to long wait times and a chaotic atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff that was there were rude and dismissive, showing little concern for customer service.
To make matters worse, the manager (short guy) had an incredibly bad attitude. Instead of addressing issues or attempting to make things right, they seemed irritated by any feedback and made us feel unwelcome.

Smaller pizza place with a cool vibe, staff was nice and pizza was pretty good! It was sliced wrong and half was cut into 8ths and half was 4ths which was a sign of a miss cut. But food was great and staff was polite, quick, and attentive.

I came to Crave BV while on vacation to Buena Vista and it blew my expectations out of the water. I came back and ordered 3 more pizzas, plus a soup and salad. Everything was a 10/10 including the service. The employees were so friendly and uplifting, the environment was so cute and welcoming, and I will absolutely be back to try more on the menu! Especially because they have seasonal soups and pizzas which are always changing!
