Was able to enjoy some beverages on the patio with the family. Drinks were really good, staff was very friendly, and the food from the food truck was tasty. The patio was very accommodating for our two small children and two dogs. Worth a stop in BV if you are into whiskey style drinks.
This is a nice small distillery to sit and enjoy some of there bourbons. Nice atmosphere, quiet, and some outdoor seating. Recommend the 4 grain bourbon. Had a nice flavor profile. Stop in when visiting Buena Vista. The staff was real friendly and helpful.
I’ve been to this distillery five times and always had a great experience—until now. I came in with my trained service dog and was told “no dogs allowed inside” by a staff member, despite explaining he is a service animal and offering to show documentation. I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that, the drink I was served was unusually weak and disappointing, and believe the short pour was intentional.
