I have been coming to this domino's for 3 years and I have never seen such a poor display of customer service and overall performance, Idk if it's new management or what's going on but I've been having issues for about a month now, I've had my delivery canceled a couple times at night, never got called beforehand to tell me why, and when I was in there the other night I watched the girl with the dirty blonde hair yell at a coworker and them proceed to be rude and ignore everyone including the customers, I don't know what's going on but this needs to change, I have never felt so tense ordering a pizza!

Jason my delivery driver deserves a raise that man is the most coolest guy I’ve ever met. Always so nice. The service other than that is trash. He’s my only reason to continue getting pizza. Also the store never wears gloves. I have complained. I have even left a voicemail and email. Poorly ran store besides Jason!!!

These clowns are sinkin that ship. that Dominos sucks rocks. bunch a kids with no babysitter. The probably are doing me a solid feeding mea line every other time I order. They cancel and don't inform me. They lie to me. they use Profanity. they have never once given me what I order. I just eat what they bring, happy they didn't just blow me off again. Save your money. No babysitter, these kids are doing who knows what with no supervision. Like I said they are doing me a solid. Like the monkey house at the zoo.

I work down the street from there and I don't have time to pick up on my lunch break so I order delivery, they literally call you 10 mins before it's supposed to arrive to tell you that they have no delivery driver and they still charge your card when the order is canceled. This has happened more than once to me and people who I work with. They might as well shut down because ordering from them is not worth it. Just go to elkhorn pizza in buena vista where they don't cancel your order

They need to have A Delivery Driver From Open till Close! And When you call The Store it goes to a Call center and they Need to know if they have a Driver to Deliver, and When they don't they Cancel the Order and They call you to tell you that they don't have a Driver. You call back to see order is being delivered. They Told me they don't have a Driver when I ordered the pizza. I asked To go ahead and Send it. THEY SENT ME THE SAME PIZZA THAT WAS CANCELLED AND THEY PUT IT BACK IN THE OVEN, instead of remaking it like they said they would. This is what it looked like! So if I'm ever back in Buena Vista. I will NOT Order from Them again.

So there's an hour remaining, and you're telling me that you won't make 4 pan pizzas because it's too much until closing and because you need to do a deep cleaning? Wowww, I've worked at Domino's and never ever have I told a customer that I wouldn't make their food even if it was 1 minute before closing. Doesn't matter if I'm leaving later than usual. If we're open, we're OPEN.

By far the best Domino’s I’ve ever been to. The staff is very very friendly and they have a dining room which is rare among Domino’s Pizza. I’m very glad I stopped here today and I’ll be coming here again in the future I’m sure.

Worst pizza I have ever had !!!!! The Dough was raw still and I asked for extra sauce and they put so much that pizza was falling apart!Store was very dirty , trash was on the floors and on the tables. Lost all expectations for a decent pizza right as I walked through the door after seeing the trash.Definitely not worth $40 that I spent for two medium one topping pizza.
