Old school donuts, but unfortunately, this means that they are heavily oily and sugary. The price is fair, but I can't get past that clear oily taste. The glazed Croissant is... well, you can imagine with all the butter, sugar, and previously mentioned oil... It's an experience that left me feeling sick to the stomach afterward.

I have lived in BV for almost 2 1/2 years. Heard good things about this bakery and decided it was time to wake up early to go have a “nice breakfast” croissant was soggy and no texture and $5 for a croissant that doesn’t even taste good or that isn’t even worth $5 it’s so incredibly small and gross. Iced coffee was ok.
My experience was the worst I've felt. the lady at the counter was rude and just made me feel like garbage. I’ve never felt so low in a bakery as I have here. 0/10 experience. I will never go back here as long as this rude lady works here. Customers should feel welcomed especially if it’s mentioned that you’ve never been here and that’s when they could recommend things instead of getting upset when I’m trying to figure out what I would like. I’m so incredibly upset with how I was treated. I have seen reviews now that I’ve experienced this how rude the lady is and she still works here. I never check reviews because I like to experience things first hand this wasn’t a good look for this bakery. Want a good donut or breakfast? Don’t go here. City market and Cool River is the better option

Old fashioned bakery with an assortment of delicious looking bread and donuts. We had the sausage and cheese Kolaches that were delicious!!! The raised doughnuts were melt in your mouth and sausage and gravy was great as well. I recommend you try it out.

The food was horrible and expensive. It is my birthday and I only asked for a free cookie (or something cheap) because I was so disappointed to pay 7.50 for a literal bite of a biscuit. I never ask for "free food" only to have a good birthday breakfast which they could not provide. The crossiant was bland and soggy. The biscuits and gravy was 7.50 for a single one and the gravy was obviously packaged powered gravy. I didn't even bother with the coffee after seeing the quality offered with everything else. If you want overpriced donuts (27$ a dozen) this is the spot I guess, but don't come here for anything else.
Loback's donuts are hands down the best I've ever had and I'm now known around work in Summit County as the person who brings the famous BV donuts. The owners/staff are also really kind and thoughtful, often adding small touches for people's birthdays etc.

This place has incredible melt in your mouth donuts. The cookies also look amazing. We got two crumble donut and two frosted donuts and they are amazing. We also got their half off day olds which are a great deal. This is a smaller shop run by a kind woman. I highly recommend this place. They also have cookies and coffee so a little something for everyone.

My husband and I have been coming here faithfully for a couple years we’ve lived in the area for a decade and we’ll be here for life so it’s a shame to say this… we love the rolls/sausages however this last weekend, on Sunday, my husband was so appalled by the treatment he received by the lady that must own the place that he said he wanted to just turn around and leave after she already bagged the food but he knew my daughter and I were excited at home for our favorite sausages. He said he’d never been treated so rudely in his life and he’s not sensitive/I’ve never heard him be upset by a customer service experience. He said “it’s like she was trying to intentionally be mean, I’ve never seen anything like it. Can’t imagine if it was you and our daughter.”As much as we love our favorites and have been a fan of this bakery, we decided that after being shown how the owner really feels about her customers we’re not going back, and after seeing these reviews talking with friends we aren’t the only ones.Yikes.

Yikes. This place used to be our regular spot, but the lady who works there a bunch was downright mean. Like a middle school bully, mean. Im not sure if that’s the owner - can’t be right? Who would be so angry about their own business? Or if it is… are you trying to shut this place down? The other gentleman in there as we were leaving goes “well that was awful, not going back here again” I’m not even going to detail the poison she was trying to spread but it worked! We’re a local family who after reading reviews and talking with friends - looks like this is the semi-regular treatment for Lobacks and the way they really feel about their customers. I actually realized I don’t leave enough reviews of all the other awesome places you can go to to skip this place so this morning I’m making sure the awesome local places we have that have never tried to bring a family to tears gets high praises! With peace and love we hope yall have a better day, someday. Jeez.
