Soā¦Iām a bit confused with the 1 star ratings. Maybe just a bad night. Now, we didnt have lunch so we showed up after they opened, around 4:30. Being that early we were seated immediately, orders taken immediately. Bob waited on us, and canāt say enough about how good he was. It was Prime Rib Saturday. My wife ordered the 8oz and I had the 12 oz. Salad was out immediately. Very fresh with a nice dressing. The dinners came out shortly after, and included a loaded baked potato and fresh hot bread. I thought my slice of meat was around medium versus medium rare but thatās minimal. Absolutely delicious. Very nice au jus and horseradish. The $5 house margaritas are a must try. We had 1 and didnāt need a second. All this for $53. Well worth it.

Amazing! Jason is a homie for real for real. Weāve never had a better waiter in our life. They should change the name to āJasonāsā because Jason is the best! Our group ordered the Prime Rib and the Meat Loaf, and it was amazing quality for a low price.

Spent the day hiking down by St. Elmo and we wanted some good food. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. I usually like mine a little more flavorful but it was the only item on the menu!! It was good and I would go back again. Our waiter was super patient and attentive!

I visited this restaurant in beautiful Buena Vista, CO for the first time today upon the recommendation of a friend in the area. The restaurant was conveniently located on Route 24 in Buena Vista, there was plenty of parking, the outside of the restaurant looked average in my opinion, no one greeted me upon entering the restaurant (and I even had to get an employee's attention to seat me after waiting for a couple minutes at the greeter's desk at the entrance), the dining room looked like a typical Chinese restaurant, was finally seated at a table (there were very few customers in the restaurant, though it was 5:30pm), the the table/booth were clean, no menu was given to me, I ordered filet mignon as it was "filet mignon special night", my server was friendly and efficient, my meal (6 oz steak, baked potato, & side salad, total: $17) was served hot in 10 minutes, my steak tasted barely "good", and the steak sauce they gave me came in a small, unmarked bottle and were terrible!, potato and side salad were fine, there was no WiFi, and the restroom was clean and didn't smell.

The salad was delicious. Thatās all I can say I had a prime rib 8 ounce I asked the end cut What they did was browned one side of a piece and make it look like an an end cut I have Prime Rib all the time and I can tell the difference, The waiter was fabulous so I didnāt complain about the meal and the drink was very expensive also, there was a very limited menu I would not go back

Whenever I'm in the area I always stop to eat at Quincy's. A good square meal. They, just as everyone else in business , they need more help to service their customers. But the effort is there.

Quincy's is the exact opposite, and in my mind it's a perfect restaurant, they serve steak, and all you have to pick is which size you want. Service was fast, the steak came out perfect, and the price was super affordable..
I don't live in the area unfortunately, but if I did I'd be coming here every week.

Arrived as a visitor to Buena Vista and read good reviews. We had to wait a little while to even be acknowledged when we came in. There were only two servers and one of them was the manager and busboy as well. There were 4 in our group. None of our steaks were cooked correctly. We questioned the type of steak and why they were pieced together. We learned that the steaks were actually tenderloins being cut and pieced to resemble filet mignons. Bacon wrapped around was under cooked and the whole thing looked very unappetizing. Even when sent back to recook, some 3 times, they were not correct. No one in our group was able to eat the steak. Salad was good. We were told there were no baked potatoes so we settled for mashed potatoes. Then we were told they were out of mashed potatoes but they could finish cooking some baked potatoes in the microwave for us, which we accepted. One in our group wanted the chocolate pie for dessert and was told they were out. Nothing seemed to go right for this dinner. Our server/manager said our group was the only ones all day that complained about the food! She then acknowledge some of their short comings and discounted our food. Not a place we would recommend unless you have lower than average expectations.

Prime rib was very good. At first It wasnāt quite cooked enough for me but they quickly corrected it. Everything was great. My only complaints are thereās not enough choices on the menu (thatās the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 for food) and that they bring out the main course too quickly. We werenāt even half way done with our salads and they arrived with our steaks. It was so good though, I will definitely be back. Nice clean & cozy place.
