Love revisiting a place like this… and it hasn’t changed. Perfect spot unless you are expecting big city steakhouse vibes. And our whole tab was less than a steak on the menu at Shanahans or elsewhere in Denver.A throwback in Buena Vista serving one cut per night with fixed sides. A couple a la carte items available but that’s all. But every bite is pretty much perfect.

The steak was delicious and perfectly prepared. We regularly eat at the Quincy’s in Monte Vista and love the food, especially the wedge salad. Was disappointed that the Buena Vista location does a mixed green salad instead. Would have been a five star meal if they had done the simple wedge salad instead of the messy mixed greens salad.

Decent salad with great dressing. Excellent baked potato with bacon & cheese, literally loaded. Bread so good it'll make you stupid. Filet cooked perfect, very tender. Our waiter was excellent. Best price anywhere. The one in Leadville is great too.Parking: Room for RV around back

One of the worst steaks I’ve ever had. Went on a Monday so filet minion was the only option on the menu. I could not figure out what was wrong with it but it was like it was soaked in water and then slowly cooked until all moisture was removed. The texture was bad, the tenderness was bad, the flavor was bad. Even the bacon had hardly any flavor.The fireplace was beautiful and the service was great!Will not be going back.

This is one of our favorite locations to go when we are in B.V. they have amazing stake dinners and at an amazing price. You just can't pass it up. This would be a great date night location also.

I’m not sure how this place has the rating it does??? If this is best that Buena Vista has to offer., I’m so sorry for you folks. The absolute worst “filet” I’ve ever had. The tea tastes like coffe. I mean, the baked potato was good. The table next to us asked for ketchup for that awful steak. They don’t have ketchup. They were halfway through dinner before they got their drinks and one was missing. Still sitting here waiting to pay for this nasty food that we couldn’t eat

Came to Quincy’s on a Saturday night. The service, food, and overall experience was amazing!! We got seated right away, our server Jay was SO on top of everything all night. My fiancé and I got the prime rib dinners. Everything was cooked to perfection and at such a nice price as well. This is one of our absolute favorites every time we’re in town!

Spent a few nights at the local hot spring and decided that we wanted a steak dinner. We drove into Buena Vista to eat at Quincys. We had been once before for the pot roast dinner, so we knew we would not be disappointed.This week's menu was a delicious 6, 9, 12, or 15oz bacon-wrapped filet mignon with a baked potato, house salad, and hunk of bread.The house salad was made with a spring mix lettuce, shaved carrots, shredded cheese, and croutons....topped with a creamy Italian style dressing.The main course was delicious. The seasoned steak was a little salty when you added on the bacon, but otherwise, it was cooked to my order preference and melted in my mouth. The baked potato was fully loaded and the bread was warm.We took dessert to go. They were equally delicious once we had digested the steak dinner. Chocolate Mousse Pie was creamy and flavorful. Fhe Cheesecake was firm and covered in caramel.Perfect dinner spot for a well prepared meal with friends and family.Vegetarian options: Daily they offer a veggie Lasagna
