This subway is in business only because BV has no other fast food for some reason. I don’t understand how someone can make such a poor sandwich, but come to this location and find out for yourself lol.

Sandwich artist Crystal (sp?) made me the best Subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time. Cash register artist Efè (sp?) informed me of a reward that I had that I didn’t know about and was also really nice. Thanks guys, I’m glad we went to Subway today.

Rude employees ,worst sandwich ever. I ordered online and live approximately 15 min away, ended up throwing it away, should have checked the order before I left the store. I ordered an all American club and it has so much Mayo that it seeped through the paper and the bag. Wish I could attach a photo

All three of the people working at serving were severely English challenged. They were also out of several things like the meatballs which is one of my favorites. The tables were sticky and when I noticed that they were cleaning them from the side I could see where they missed several spots on each table as they went by.

I have ordered the Chicken Ranch Sandwich on several occasions, in other cities. I have never been more satisfied with the taste, temp ( it's supposed to be toasted and at least warm) it was perfectly hot! The staff was friendly and outgoing. Just for reference, our visit was 7/3/25 @12:48pm.

Arrived at 9:40p, 20 minutes from their closing time and was turned away and told their store was closed despite the front door being unlocked..
Listen, we all like to prep to leave work early but if you’re open until 10, you need to be open until 10 and not give hungry customers a bad attitude when you’re the ones not doing your job and one of only 2 places in town open.. do better.

The lady was very rude and tossed everything on the sandwiches unevenly without any apologies. If she doesn’t want to serve customers then she shouldn’t be up there . These bad sandwiches were expensive just for 6’. Saw some reviews below regarding unwelcoming behavior from the lady employee in this location. Will contact the corporate headquarters to escalate this.

young man working behind the counter was rude.. when i asked for a bag to put sandwiches in he threw it to me instead of placing them in the bag..
New kid Matt in store made my sub exactly the way asked for it... He started slow and had me tell him when to stop and spread my veggies out... The other kid there made my other sub and it was not up to par it was heavy on everything and toppings falling out ...
Matt was very polite and fast... Keep up the Great work... We needs more people like this in town 🤘🏼😁
Hopefully someone will pass this on to him so he knows he's doin great 😃

During my visit they were out of a number of things: straws and onions are at the top of the list from what I can recall not being available. I was treated well, the food was acceptable, and it was the quickest option available as I was traveling and did not want to sit down for a meal.
