The elk rack was amazing, and I highly recommend the parm truffle fries. Excellently seasoned and cooked to perfection. Although the front door hostess had to ask about my service dog. It didn't seem a huge deal, and they were kind enough to park us in a quiet corner. The scrumptious apple berry crisp I took back to the hotel for dessert was such a big portion, I had dessert and a snack for later. During the day while soaking in the 106F natural hot springs at the Charlotte Hot Springs in Buena Vista, we asked a local for his recommendation of his favorite dinner restaurant - he said to try the Surf Hotel restaurant. What a nice quiet friendly place. Our waitress (Faith I believe was he name) was cheerfully attentive. The food was a beautiful work of art and perfectly cooked.
