Regret reaching out to here! This place has some of the frankly WORST service of any fast food or restaurant joint I have had, particularly given the low standards I have for McDonalds. I asked for the cost of a both a burger and shake and could not get a straightforward answer on time. Staff had to look it up and took FOREVER to take the time to give me an answer. I would like to see staff retrained and asked to actually give good/quick answers to customer questions. In the meantime, I will take my business to Denver, where I imagine people are more responsive!

If company management is reading this, please know that this McDonalds gives your brand a HORRIBLE overall reputation.

burlington colorado mcdonald’s employees are so rude it’s actually crazy. no one greets you, almost every person has such a bad attitude. greeting your customers, smiling and just simply being a nice human can go a long way in today’s world. some people may be local, some people you’re never gonna see again, be decent. embarrassing for you

I have been stopping at the Burlington Colorado McDonald's every morning for the past 3 years for breakfast. Until recently, things were fine. I'm sure the people working at this restaurant or good people but since the language barrier has become more evident at this location, my orders have been messed up or completely wrong on a weekly basis. Items that I have ordered have been forgotten, handed someone else's meal, sandwiches look like they've been run over by a truck, tasted and appeared to be cooked in days prior and drinks sometimes are never the same. I would say that I would go someplace else but unfortunately living in a Podunk town in Colorado I don't have much of a choice. It's sad that local management and/or the corporate office doesn't seem to care about its customers and allows this to keep happening.

The restaurant was clean but the cashier had an attitude and all the food I was given had to have been sitting under the heat lap for awhile. I understand being close to closing and things like that but giving old food just isn’t ok.

Waited about 30 minutes to receive an order that was completely wrong and extremely poorly made food. After about 20 minutes of waiting, an employee was asking if they even received our order from the kiosk. The employee was very dismissive and rude. When we finally received our food, we were missing an entire meal, got a Double Big Mac that was missing two entire patties, and all of the fries tasted like they forgot to fry them.
Even after being asked to remake the Big Mac during the 3rd trip up to the counter because of our horrible service, it was made wrong again.
This McDonalds is run by incompetence and I would recommend eating literally anywhere else.

This is the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. We came here because we wanted to go somewhere quick and we ended up waiting on our food for about 30-40 min. When we went to check on our food to make sure they had our order the girl at the register was super rude about it. Plus they got our order wrong. We returned it and when they brought it out again it was still wrong. So overall I give it a 0/10, do not recommend. wish we would've gone to the Taco truck instead.

Took 40 minutes to get our order, then messed it up, I took it back and the lady at the counter was rude, brought me the sandwich which was wrong again. We stopped here on our road trip because we wanted something fast and ended up being there almost an hour. We might as well have gone somewhere with good food.

All three cheeseburger orders were wrong (one was flattened at some point), and we were missing one sandwich we went back to get. They ran out of cheese (noon on a Monday), but didn't tell us, so we paid for cheeseburgers without the cheese. All fries were about half full. Not great service either.
