I love their sugar free vanilla coffee. With it being on special sale in app rewards for.99 cents plus tax, I can splurge and have them. Too expensive when its $3.00 plus normally. Thank you for extending the rewards app into December!

Conventional McDonald's experience, but there a lot of flies and the dining room was very hot. I noticed the thermostat was set on 80. I get that it was fall and was probably 60 degrees outside but when that west sun shines through all that glass it warms things up. The franchisee needs to liberate a nominal amount of cash to at least keep the place bug free and comfortable.

Staff was very short with the customers. They just threw food up on the counter and hardly even called out the numbers. Were rude when they forgot items on the order.

I made an order in the application and the lady who attended me told me that the application was not working and that she could not give me my order, I asked her then to give me a refund and very rudely said no. Besides, they put pickles on the burger when I clearly did not order pickles, bad service. I lost my money đ°

Regret reaching out to here! This place has some of the frankly WORST service of any fast food or restaurant joint I have had, particularly given the low standards I have for McDonalds. I asked for the cost of a both a burger and shake and could not get a straightforward answer on time. Staff had to look it up and took FOREVER to take the time to give me an answer. I would like to see staff retrained and asked to actually give good/quick answers to customer questions. In the meantime, I will take my business to Denver, where I imagine people are more responsive!
If company management is reading this, please know that this McDonalds gives your brand a HORRIBLE overall reputation.
