Service was okay, understood they were busy but poor communication due to my food was about to be given to someone else while waiting at number 3 for my drive through order, then found mold on the bun part of the crispy chicken sandwich, will not be going here again.

Walked up at 8:30pm on a Tuesday to find locked doors, a woman in uniform on her phone sitting in a booth (ignoring us trying to open the door) and what looked like at least a couple of people in the back. My rental truck was parked across the road, too big for the drive thru. Sign on the door says dining room open until 11pm, but I guess not. Arby's down the street was much more accommodating.

Not one person in the drive-thru or in the lobby I ordered a mocha frappe and an unsweet tea I know the unsweet tea is correct cuz I had to get it myself But the mocha was a caramel She placed the frappe on the counter turned away and walked off as I'm saying hey that should have been mocha just totally ignored me and went in the back room..

I will NOT be going back, we waited for about 15 minutes. Not only we were waiting, but everyone else was too. It wasn't very busy at all, and the food sucks. We got a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and there was no sausage. We also got burritos and the Tortilla was stretchy and tasted like it had been sitting out for 3 days and so did the bagel. The coffee wad gross too. The hash browns were the only thing that they didn't mess up. The atmosphere was gross, I could tell that they hadn't cleaned that day. I don't know if they do clean either. The bathroom was cleaner but could have definitely could have been better. Over all I would not suggest going there if I was someone else.

Decided to call it twenty minutes early on Thanksgiving despite having cars in line. Guess they're the only people with places to be today, great move wasting my time and ignoring me instead of admitting they're lazy and more important than everyone else.
