It's been about 15 years since I had a Pizza Hut pizza, and there was one of the few places open on the 4th, so we tried them. We got a Tavern Ultimate pizza with sweet tomato sauce and olive tomatoes, topped with the meats. They had the pizza ready in about 15 minutes, which tasted delicious. I wish they had cooked it another couple minutes because the crust was soggy and stuck to the box. We had to use a knife to separate it and had cardboard with the crust. The restaurant inside looked like an 80s pizza parlor, maybe from a Shaky's pizza.

Placed a pick up order at 730 pm that said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It's now been an hour since I placed my order and still nothing.
The atmosphere was very judged I felt uncomfortable to some extent. The place was very run down on the inside broken parts laying on tables cleaning products laying out.

While traveling, we called ahead and ordered a large pepperoni pizza to take to the hotel. The price they gave was $ 17.96. I asked if there were any deals for the 1 topping pizza, and I was told no. We picked up the pizza and left a tip. Got to the hotel, opened the box to find the pizza only had cheese....No pepperoni......We looked at the order ticket and pepperoni wasn't even on it. My husband looked up the menu for this Burlington, CO location, they were running a deal of $10.99 for a large 1 topping pizza. So basically we were ripped off being charged so much for just cheese and crust. The only good thing is, we weren't charged for the pepperoni. So didn't pay for something we didn't get. I would have gone back if we were. And I guarantee it would have been made right and my pizza would have been free........ I'm wondering, did they ring up the deal price and pocket the difference along with the tip? Based on our experience and other reviews I've read, Pizza Huts area management should probably spend some time reviewing addressing issues at this location. If they don't feel the same, maybe it's time for new area management as well.
Ordered pizza in advance, so I could just pick it up and get back on the road. Ordered a thin pizza, but when I got there, they informed me that they made it a thick crust pizza. And then I could wait 15 minutes to get the thin crust pizza. My time is not free, and I wanted to get back on the road, so I just took the pizza that they made. The sales lady was not only rude, but didn’t even bother to take any percentage off the pizza for their mistake!! Instead.she acted like it was my fault.

Pricing is straight up ridiculous 50 dollars for two people (large pizza and wings). To boot i didn't even talk to the local store... some call center clearly not in the U.S. Picked up my food... the one young gal was nice and working diligently the rest was not (literally picking their nose...)
