Top notch service, the guy picked up the phone super quick I was right across the street I pulled up got my food extremely quick.. and the guy super hospitable. I feel like I'm back at home. And the food is extremely hot and fresh flavor unreal!! Thanks guys 🤤🤤

$30 for a personal pizza and 6 wings. 20 minute wait and the dining room was filthy so I just eat in my truck. The wings were ice cold so I just threw them out.

I had to sit and wait on a couple people for awhile, and while I sat there they was swamped with takeout orders. Kept a great attitude and exceptional service while I was there. Pizza was good as well! Thank you!
I used to be a loyal member of Pizza Hut, frequently purchasing pizzas during promotions. However, my recent experiences have turned me off from this brand.
During a "buy one, get one later" promotion, I tried to redeem my free pizza on three different occasions, but it was always a hassle. On the fourth attempt, when I finally decided to resolve the issue, I was outside the redemption window. The manager I spoke with was unfriendly and unhelpful. Insisting she could not offer me any solutions. She refused to provide another contact number for further assistance, so I resorted to calling the corporate office. Unfortunately, I felt like I was speaking to someone overseas who also did not help.
As a result, I boycotted Pizza Hut for a period due to their poor customer service. I decided to just buy frozen pizzas instead. Recently, I gave them another chance. I placed an order requesting a half Supreme, half Hawaiian pizza, clearly noting my preference. When I arrived, they claimed there was no note about my request. Instead of offering to remake the pizza or find a solution, they simply shrugged it off, leaving me dissatisfied with what I received.
Additionally, the pasta I ordered was drenched in sauce, almost inedible due to the noodle to sauce ratio. This experience highlights inconsistent quality and awful customer service at Pizza Hut. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in a brand I enjoy when they do deliver consistent quality. I caution others about their terrible service to provide solutions and inconsistent food quality.
I’m bummed about posting a negative review, but I am very disappointed in this store's lack of care for loyal customers, who contribute to long-term profitability and success, ultimately affecting their livelihood.

I feel so bad. I thought the lady said my order was $33, so I figured $40, and the driver could keep the change. It would be good now. I'm looking at the recipe, and it was $36.91. That's just $3 driver in that truck. I'm sorry I'm going to call.
