The staff are way under trained. Three people are needed to do a one man job. They’re always out of something. Either they don’t have bone in wings or they ran out of Cajun rub. They make you wait for 45-1hr to get your food even when they’re not busy. Always blasting the music and not paying attention to the lobby. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCTION!!!!

This place was not busy at all when we were there. The phone was constantly ringing and no one was answering 😒 at one point it was observed that an employee picked up the phone and hung it back up. I rarely go to Pizza Hut and the last time I was at one, when I ordered a personal pan pizza it was served to me in the same baking dish it is cooked in to keep it warm and a plate given for me to put my pizza on. I ordered a personal pan and it was served on a small plate. When asked what happen to the way it usually was served, I got a dumbfounded look from the server, who I know is old enough to know what I was talking about. There really wasn't any customer service

We live about 45 mins away and specifically drive to this location. The staff are so sweet and friendly! I love when I walk in and there is always someone cleaning the dinning room. Today we had the best server Jacinda she’s such a sweet heart! We will always be back to this location!

It took an hour and a half to make the pizza, wings and bread sticks. And 20 minutes to deliver it in town. It arrived cold and the sauce on the wings was not right. The delivery driver was very nice but the food was terrible especially for the price. I will not waste my time on this restaurant again.

We ordered takeout, driving through because we are headed home from vacation. We called 30 minutes ahead and when we got there our pizza had not even been prepared or put in the oven. We waited about 15 minutes before being told our pizza is finally being put in the oven and was “forgotten about”?! How do you forget about a whole pizza when it’s right on your screen and there’s only one customer in your restaurant!? The floor was absolutely filthy and there were about 12 employees in there. We could literally see two workers hitting their vapes behind the counter. Disgusting and absolutely terrible service. 3.5 stars for this place is ridiculously generous considering it shouldn’t even have 2. Glad I don’t live here, and won’t eat here again.

It's used to be a great place. It seems kind of run down the manager was the only employee working and she didn't notice I was standing in front of the counter waiting to have my order taken for more than 5 minutes then after acknowledging I was there made me wait for another 5 minutes before taking my order. I ordered the BBQ brisket pan pizza. But this was the last time I was able to order it here. Because when I ordered it the manager told me it was gross and made a negitive inquisitive comment when i was describing to her how special it was that it was one of the only pizza huts that still made the BBQ brisket pizza it was the best and made this spot special but they took it off the menu shortly after that visit. Now I won't visit very often because of that. Too bad I bet I am not the only one who ordered the BBQ brisket pizza from there .

It's been about 15 years since I had a Pizza Hut pizza, and there was one of the few places open on the 4th, so we tried them. We got a Tavern Ultimate pizza with sweet tomato sauce and olive tomatoes, topped with the meats. They had the pizza ready in about 15 minutes, which tasted delicious. I wish they had cooked it another couple minutes because the crust was soggy and stuck to the box. We had to use a knife to separate it and had cardboard with the crust. The restaurant inside looked like an 80s pizza parlor, maybe from a Shaky's pizza.
