The older woman here needs to be fired. I’ve never ever had to walk away from a counter but I just turned around and walked away. Very condescending, rude, and kept talking to me like I was stupid (I have a very thick southern accent). Then proceeded to look me dead in my face open her eyes super big and cocked her head. That was enough for me. I told her to throw away the cup and walked away. 0 for customer service.

Purple haired liberal is rude and can't make coffee without attitude... shop there at safeway buy wont support this company who hires these freaks....
I went there and ordered my drink frozen and she didn’t make it frozen. I nicely asked her to make it frozen and she was like “Next time tell us because we have lots of people in line”.She even wrote frozen on the cup. Overall the customer service is not good

We do not do Starbucks, this is in with Safeway so I will give Safeway five star plus nice store with deli.
