I arrived yesterday at midnight, the food was no longer being prepared, but Blue moon beer for $3.75 was an excellent meal replacement ? there were 2 more bags of chips ? The atmosphere is too local, people hang out as much as they can: they play beer pong, darts, billiards. The bartender is a man from God, simply excellent, and dances and offers another bottle on time :)) I met some local guys, a very friendly atmosphere.
Even if you're passing through, stop by, you won't regret it. I spent the night right there in the parking lot, in the car, and continued on my journey.

We were traveling through Colorado and stopped at a RV park, found the Post Bar and Grill, and was so impressed with the food. After traveling and ask the take out crap food this was a nice surprise to get some homemade food! Definitely recommend! Clean and staff was friendly and fun. The cook came out to talk to us and make sure we enjoyed the meal. Must stop!!

Breakfast was really good. My wife had chocolate chip pancakes and sausage patties, and I had french toast and sausage patties. Coffee was good too. Very inviting atmosphere. Our server was wonderful....great personality and sense of humor.

There aren't many dining options in Burlington so we were very glad to find this one. This restaurant is housed inside of a VFW post that is open to the public. There is a huge helicopter out front so you can't miss it. The food was delicious all 3 times that we ate there. The service was friendly with a smile, although you do wait-a-bit of time for your food because they're making it up fresh for you. Very reasonable prices as well! Highly recommend.
Upon reading good reviews decided to try this little place while in town visiting family, it was very good food, friendly service, definitly a local place with a usual lunch crowd, generous servings, glad we tried it instead of eating at a "chain restuarant"

Lovely little gem on a cross country trip to the east coast. Food is generous and fresh, served hot, along with a cup of very good coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful, and even the locals are very nice. Bathrooms are immaculate too
