We stopped here on a road trip to Colorado and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and great service, the quality and quantity of what you get. Bathroom were clean unlike most places. I have celiacs disease and they were very helpful. Thanks for a great experience.
When traveling home to Colorado via I70 we often plan our overnite stop in Burlington because of the Dish Room! What a gem that would be successful anywhere they would decide to call home!
This is a hidden gem right off of I-70 in Burlington, Colorado. The service was very quick and efficient. The food was remarkable. The pricing wasn’t bad for the quality of the food and what we ordered. We ordered two of their signature dishes and both were fantastic. I got the Cowboy Ciao Chicken which was a breaded chicken over homemade mashed potatoes with a Dijon gravy.
