We have stopped here twice fir breakfast while traveling out of Demver area eastbound. Service is fast and friendly. Food is good. Smothered burrito is really good. Typical VFW style atmosphere. Love supporting small local businesses

I have been past this little town for years. This restaurant is one of the gems you have to stop in. Food is perfect ?
Was passing through on the way back to Kansas from Denver and wanted to try a local restaurant and not a chain restaurant. Sadly, we ate here. I ordered strawberry pancakes and my wife ordered biscuits and gravy. Breakfast is served all day. This was hands down the worst breakfast ever. How do you mess up pancake? Waitress also seem very overwhelmed for only having two tables. Took 10 minutes to order.

I'm specifically rating based off of the service we received today. Or didn't receive I should say. We always come here when we are in town, it's decently "busy" but the server we have... needs better training. We had to ask ti have the table cleaned, as it was clearly dirty still. We ordered water and coffee.... 35 minutes of sitting here, still no coffee nor has she returned to the table. This place isn't busy enough to justify this. Then, a customer got up and had to make a pot of coffee... like seriously? We are considering walking out, as we have plans today, and this kind of service is something you would expect at McDonald's, who strangely enough, has better service. Please train your servers better. This is awful.
