Seeing that this was run by the VFW I had high hopes for good service and good food. Unfortunately this was the worst service. I think I’ve ever had eating out in my life. The sign says seat yourself and your server will be right with you. I sat down and waited for 20 minutes and then had to go to the front and ask if anyone was gonna bring me a menu they acted put out the ladies next to me have been sitting there already received their food, but I’ve never received their drink. Do better VFW or whoever is running this place. Luckily the food was edible at least barely.. very very disappointed

Stopped here for dinner as we were passing through the area and the staff was very kind and caring. Food was great. We really liked the atmosphere here. Definitely a place to come back to.

Lovely find awhile traveling across America... I'm a veteran and I found them randomly on Google maps, and didn't realize it was a VA post! One of the best atmospheric posts I've been to, the food was amazing, and the staff super friendly. Stop by and support them if you can.
