Stopped with a bus of high school kids and the staff handled the rush very well. The place was clean and had lots of room to enjoy your drink and friends. Not one complaint from the kids on their drinks and there is a tremendous variety to choose from, there are even some I didn't know existed, need to stop more often. The restrooms were very, very clean, the whole place looked very inviting. They do a super job keeping it clean and neat.

Hubs very distinctly ordered a sugar free vanilla coffee, but what he got was a sugar free Vanilla Latte. Server made an assumption he should not have. Didn’t realize it till after we paid and were waiting for the drinks. There was too long a line to get it fixed. Also, server was unable to tell us what was in the ‘sugar free’ vanilla. The coffees were very good, but won’t go back.

They’re usually very good and very friendly but this morning I was highly disappointed. They weren’t friendly, took a while, and worst of all, I asked for sugar free and when I got home just before work, I saw that neither were sugar free. Definitely not how I wanted to start my morning

This Ziggi's is a great place for your caffeine fix, especially if you are looking for more than a basic Starbucks drink. The staff is knowledgeable, and very friendly. They are speedy, although sometimes the lines do get a little backed up. Never had to wait more than a few minutes to get my order in, though. Sugar-free Limelight is a favorite.
Stopped for coffee and it was disappointing. We got a dark roast along with a specialty mocha. Both were weak and watery. If that is how you like your coffee it may be a good stop for some. I prefer to taste the coffee more. Friendly staff though and a nice clean store. The other beverages and food may be better than the hot coffee options.

Huge thanks to Xiggi’s Coffee in Burlington! After a super early morning on the road, I accidentally left my suitcase in the parking lot. The amazing staff kept it safe for me until I returned—total lifesavers! Great coffee, even better people. 💛
