I came to this subway today around 2pm. I just wanted to say thank you to the young man that was working today! Our sandwiches were probably the best we have had at any location. He was fast friendly and welcoming. The bread was fresh tasting and all items were fresh and stocked.

Great workers I don’t see why people go off on the workers, store was clean, service was great I would just say to work on the bread they serve the bread is sometimes hard but not always. Other than that I’d say this location isn’t bad.

The employees here are the best so this review has nothing to do with them. I’m just wondering if MAYBE we start negatively reviewing whoever is running this place will actually run it. They are out of EVERYTHING…. ALL THE TIME. I have never once been there in the past six months and been able to actually order a full menu item. They are constantly out of almost all vegetables, most meats. You go in there and have to pay for a meal with two ingredients on it because they are out of everything and they also never have drinks. Ever. It’s been out of order every time I’ve went in there for months. I don’t know if it’s management not knowing how to do inventory or what but just close down at this point.. you’re never able to make anything on the menu.

Been here a few times so far, everything has been spot on with no complaints! Staff is friendly, they run out of ingredients fast but that’s expected given there’s not much else around. Overall, great Subways whether walk-in ordering or mobile ordering!

I stop at this Subway every time I go to Colorado Springs and have never had a bad experience. Mandy is a bright sunshine which fills you up with welcoming vibes. Went here one day and had an amazing time. But the second time guy went on bathroom break and wouldn’t open the door stuck outside
I was a employee here and all I wanted is to give the store a good name but my taste failed ? my manager didn't want to here my problems but it failed and now all of the staff kept accusing me for everything I felt like trying to do my part for this location was pointless and now I'm stressed out and extremely upset and my brother is fed up with this problem and he's trying to help me but instead I'm still getting bullied ? and the staff there are terrible my opinion is it needed a new management that doesn't toy with me so yah that my review/story The pretzels will be rock hard in 5-10 minutes so that's my review on the pretzels

I can tell they are working on making this store great. I think you guys have a great hardworking team. I dont understand some of these reviews. Are you not watching them make your sandwich through the glass? When it gets to veggies you can clearly see what your sandwich looks like also if you want something specific why not ask before starting that makes sense. ITS NOT THE STORES FAULT IF THEY DONT CARRY ANYTHING ANYMORE ITS CORPERATE THEY MAKE THE DECISIONS!

Almost no chicken on half of the the foot long sub, still cold in the center after being toasted. And then after I have ordered everything else they say they stopped carry buffalo sauce, pretty much what makes the sandwich I ordered and you would think is a popular sauce? Sucks a sandwich shop struggles to make sandwiches...
