Sadly, the Skinny Taco is no longer here. Replaced by The Mad Hatter Saloon, which is more "biker bar" and not quite what we were hoping for. The food was okay.

The food was amazing.We drove through on a Sunday, they were serving Korean BBQ Tacos. The three of us got the full spread of different tacos, all were great! We also got a bag of donuts, back to basics fried dough coated in sugar that hit the spot.100% will be back.

Had a breakfast burrito yesterday and it was great. Not greasy at all, and a nice size for the price. I'll be back and look forward to trying lunch/dinner menu.

Great authentic little Mexican joint. The wife and I were staying in Green Mountain Falls and stopped in because of all the good reviews. We were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly and our burritos..... really good! We will be back!

Food was authentic and delicious. We are there for breakfast and I would love to return for lunch soon. Great coffee and a delicious (and huge) breakfast burrito. Green chile is yummy. Stop in and see these people!

Very good! 5 of us went there for breakfast, the lady was nice enough to let a couple of us get lunch items. The food and service were fantastic and the prices reasonable, we'll definitely be coming back.

Food was AMAZING! But service left a lot to be desired. 2 tables (including us) and it took an hour to get food. Staff were all very kind, but not at all organized. We plan to come back in a few months when things are a little more figured out and hoping to update my review to the 5 stars the food deserves.
